I had an absolutely wonderful stay at Poseidon Hotel Nha Trang. From the moment I arrived, I felt the warm hospitality and professionalism of the staff. I will definitely recommend this hotel to my friends and family. Mr. David introduced me to this fantastic hotel through a friend living in the Canada, and I am truly grateful for the unforgettable experience I had here. Thank you, David! :) As soon as I arrived, Mr. Loi at the front desk provided excellent assistance, helping me store my luggage and arranging a taxi to take me to the hot spring resort, as I arrived earlier than the check-in time. It was such a thoughtful arrangement! Thank you, Loi! :) Ms. Nhi surprised me with an incredible room upgrade from the 8th floor to the 15th floor, featuring a spacious balcony and a stunning sea view. It was a delightful surprise! Thank you, Nhi! :) At the breakfast buffet, Ms. Nhu took care of me with great attention to detail, ensuring I had the best experience. Her kindness and professionalism truly stood out. Thank you, Nhu! :) Mr. Hoan assisted me with booking my flight back to Ho Chi Minh City and arranged a taxi transfer to the airport, making my journey smooth and hassle-free. Thank you, Hoan! :) Additionally, the entire team, from the Lobby, swimming pool, to housekeeping, was exceptionally friendly and always ready to help, making me feel completely at home. Thank you all for your outstanding hospitality! :) Staying at Poseidon Hotel was truly an unforgettable experience. Thank you once again for the thoughtful gift. This was an exceptional hotel, fantastic! Thank you! Everything about this hotel was wonderful, of course including the price which was nicely affordable for me. Great rooms which were comfortable, spacious, and very nicely furnished, very clean, great TV, very nice staff at the desk and cleaning, very nice breakfast, close to the beach. Restaurant in the hotel was also great, for business had very enjoyable lunch and dinner there with good price, better than the single lunch I had outside at a restaurant along the street when I had just arrived and was waiting for check-in and before I knew better. Beach was beautiful and nice ambiance with restaurants and shops on this side of the street. Will definitely try to come here to Nha Trang and this Hotel again. Thank you!

Nothing, we loved evrything

I received a flower on my check-in day as it was International Women's Day (March 8th). It was truly wonderful to experience the thoughtful and attentive service from Poseidon Nha Trang Hotel. We originally booked a Superior Room, but we were upgraded to a Senior Deluxe Room. Thank you for this amazing service! The Senior Deluxe Room offers a view of both the city and part of the sea, and it was even more fantastic because it had a balcony. I truly had a great experience here

We loved our stay at Poseidon hotel! We were greeted with the lovely welcome staff on arrival. Our bedrooms could not have been cleaner and we’re very modern. Our view from the balcony was fantastic and the pool was a swim to remember. The views from the pool were spectacular. I could not rate this hotel more highly. It was just fantastic and we will definitely be returning!

The Gym is small, but it's ok for us

Lovely hotel, everything worked modern new accommodation. Breakfast very good after advising some items were cold. Staff exceptional very helpful nothing too much trouble. Good location

This is a pet-friendly hotel. There is a very cute dog there. As a dog lover, I truly felt the friendliness of this hotel. Moreover, the hotel is spacious, the rooms are clean and beautiful, and they offer a panoramic city view. If I have the chance to return, I will definitely book here again. Looking forward to seeing the adorable pup again soon!

Poseidon hotel was an absolute pleasure to stay at. The hotel is very modern, kept immaculate and I loved all the food options for breakfast. I found the staff in every area to be incredibly friendly, polite and willing to go above and beyond. This hotel making me feel so welcome and comfortable.

A bit far from the beach ( around 300m )

The hotel gave my wife flowers for International Women's Day. It was just a small bouquet, but it truly showed their thoughtfulness and hospitality. I will definitely recommend Poseidon Hotel to all travelers

It’s a newly built hotel - beautiful accommodation and facilities and great location. The staff were excellent- very helpful and professional. Breakfast was amazing. The rooftop pool was lovely. Excellent value for money. Would definitely stay here again

- Reception staff were polite and helpful. They followed my trip here, which is nice for a solo traveler. - Room was fully new, with a very good equipment. Big size room, big size bed and very comfortable. I enjoyed the great bathroom too
