I stayed in many Nha Trang hotels, but in this hotel I extended my stay for a whole month, I really liked the location of the hotel and its staff, very cheerful and friendly women, very cozy rooms and a soft bed, cleaning and linen change, shampoo replenishment were constant! Therefore, in my opinion, this is the best hotel in Nha Trang for the money and within walking distance of everything in Nha Trang to visit the city center and the beach. I will definitely come here again when I return to Nha Trang!

Comfortable place in a good location with friendly service. I enjoyed my stay here. The receptionist was very kind and helpful.

I can't assume the hotel was at fault, but they coordinated my onward trip to Quy Nhon with a transport company. I paid for a sleeper-bus service but due to 'a mistake' I found myself making the journey in a less comfortable van. Again, I don't blame the hotel but if you book such a service thru them, best to double check what you're getting.

Small room, it has a small little window. Oh yeah 😂 ! Fridge, wardrobe, double bed. Very good price, very central location. Hot shower working. Smiling helpful lady at the reception.

A strange smell coming from the sink. The first day they gave me a free small bottle of water, then they never gave it to me again.

Great location. When we arrived very early in the morning the lady at the reception (owner) let us into another room so we could get some sleep with our children for no extra cost. It was very much appreciated. She was very friendly, the place was on a great location with restaurants/bars/shops/beach.

all is well when i was staying here, the two receptionists were very helpful and friendly, especially the female who works in daytime. anyway, really hope ur hotel will have a good business in the future....Highly recommended

Some important improvements is still needed for the room and i believe that the boss knows that by himself (I told him once，LOL, For some guests, those would destroy all of ur efforts im afraid, pls pay attention of that

Comfortable bed, great AC, good WiFi, smart tv, bathroom facilities fine, shower cubicle, constant hot water, toiletries. OK, the room is small with limited view of the skyline but perfect for the price. Hon at reception very friendly and helpful, everybody has The Translator app nowadays.

1. Staff hospitality. Receptionist Ms. CUC kept her welcoming attitude all along, making guests feel at home. Also, she was very accommodating the guest's special requests. 2. Spotlessly clean room. bed is so soft and nice. air con is really cold! we love it!!. out of these are bad.

the staff can’t speak English and we ask him for hairdryer that they’re not prepare for us and he gave us nothing without any explanation.
