Spacious room, comfortable bed, refrigerator, toiletries, could open windows for fresh air. Good A/C. Lift provided. Excellent location, beach across the road 👌 Good stay for the price paid.

Having to boil kettle on bedside table as no power point at table. No hot water only cold. Having to ask for toilet paper even after housecleaning completed. Do not book Rm101 as right over entrance to hotel as gets noisy

Great value for the price I paid (which was a very cheap deal). Had I paid the full price, then I probably would have scored the room lower. Triple room is big and well furnished. Bed is very comfortable. Location is great, 50 metres from the beach. Clean room on check-in and cleaned daily if asked.

Fridge doesn't really work. The shower water is only lukewarm. Takes a long time for the air-con to cool the room during the day. There seemed to be a lot of inconsiderate people staying in the hotel who were very noisy. You can hear families screaming in the hallways and playing music in the pool area etc. Sound isolation not great.

For this price it is very good place. Rooftop pool area is very nice. Pool is very small but still doable. Room was clean and cozy.

Staff didn’t speak very good English. We had one older men in reception and it was little bit struggle to communicate but its quite normal in Vietnam, and can always use google translate. Just that we wanted some bus information but he was not able to help us with that.

The attention of the guys at reception is great, they are good workers. The location is ideal, a few steps from the beach.

The bathroom needs more cleaning. Also, they need to replace toilet paper. They don't provide many hygiene items like shampoo. But it is incredible that the pool is SO dirty, not only the pool is unusable but the terrace itself, dirty and full of dust.

the walls are so thin you can hear everything happening outside your room and i was being woken up at 6am by people using the elevator. i understand this is out of everyone’s control though and only a minor inconvenience. also the description of the property makes it seem as though there is a bar on the rooftop with the pool which isn’t there

Close to the beach, nice design, comfy beds, smart tv, nice bathroom. I think if it goes about all of the rooms we stayed in during trip in Vietnam that one was the best. We would use it again.

The only disadvantage is the location, it is close to the beach but in a narrow path that goes to the hotel.

Located up a cute little alleyway. Nice and close to the beach and food. Lots happening in the nearby streets but this alleyway is quite at night.

No mirror in the room and the one in the bathroom had no light!! So you can't see yourself! Even the lift has no mirror!!

Nice place, our room was perfect for what we needed for a night! Good location and beach only a minute away!

There was no hot water and very little communication/help from reception when we tried to ask for advice on taxis/attractions

Staff were extra helpful and friendly the night porter was great he even gave me some fruit when I had nothing to eat I was starving and they helped me
