For the price , it punched away above it's weight. Desk staff were ranging from good to wonderful. The wonderful could not do enough for me.

WiFi was good on ground floor. I had a room on the 3rd floor , then 2 rooms on the 4th floor. None z,zof the 3 rooms had functioning WiFi. Would not complete Speed test by Ookla. Personally it made no difference, if you have a local SIM , then you have data . Possibly make a difference to a family with online kids.,,, ??* Those rooms with a balcony , they could do with a (plastic , even) chair, or two. Double room and only one chair ??? Is she supposed to sit on my lap ?? I have bony legs. Ok , she doesn't exist , but, in my dreams ??

Good value for money off-season, November-December, can stay long-term. It's not new or fancy, but you get what you pay for. Solid places to eat around and chill at the beach every day. Nice staff, nothing to complain about except for the WiFi.

WiFi is fairly fast, but really spotty, which is a shame. Doesn't connect from some corners of the room. Doesn't work on the balcony at all. Sometimes had to hook up to the wifi from the hotel across the street. There is a very loud "disco" going on almost every night at the beach right across the street with the most annoying music imaginable.

It's a really nice hotel with great location, from the terrace I could see the beach which is maybe 200bmeters away. Lot of shops and restaurants very central, the main center around 10 mins walk. The room was very big compared to other hotel rooms. Staff is also lovely

WiFi was terrible. It was not only not suitable for work but even on the phone it barely works, can't watch a short video or even search sometimes. A hotel like this should do much better.

That the Receptionists staff don't speak English only 1 guy.... English is a universal language....I have never been to a hotel where the receptionist doesn't understand basic words and I've been all over the world.... I don't expect them to speak any other languages or any other staff members but I think the receptionist should . Just my 2 cents.

Room was generally clean, loved the space and the front desk staff was nice and very pleasant. I particularly loved the Big smiles. The bed is big and very comfortable.

Wifi wasn't working. The fridge doesn't get cold and smells mouldy. The shower glass needs some cleaning. Breakfast was so so for 80k VND and Sunshine bar on the 10th floor was always closed the whole time I was there.

This hotel is one of the best hotels in Nha Trang very clean and spacious room comfortable bed location is right in the middle of the coffee shops and restaurants with convenient stores all closed by the beach is literally across the road very polite and professional staff I was upgraded to a room with sea view thanks to the gentleman at the front desk this hotel is highly recommended

Location to Beach and Restaurants. Bed was comfortable and view from Balcony was excellent.

Place is aged and suggest now due for major refurbishment. Breakfast was a bit boring after 11 days as no variety provided.

Great position in Nha Trang. All the staff were pleasant and very helpful. Room serviced daily. Water and toiletries supplied. Breakfast available. Nice roof top bar.

I liked the old school charm, the gigantic bed and the great view of the beach. There is a cool rooftop bar with a pool called Sunshine Bar. Restaurants and shopping on your doorstep. Overall a nice place to stay.
