Great staff who helped us with everything we needed. Free airport transport was a real bonus. We stayed here as an alternative to the centre of Stockholm as it was a lot cheaper in price for our stay dates and we were able to explore other areas like steninge and the surrounding countryside of marsta. There is a path through the forest almost opposite the hotel which takes you right to the centre of marsta where there are some shops and also the train station which goes directly into stockholm or uppsala. This was a 15-20 min walk and then around 40 mins on the train. It was nice to see the more local side of stockholm by staying here. Bus transport is also very good in the area and to the airport. Very comfortable and clean rooms with a lovely breakfast each morning. We stayed with our 18 month old son and staff were very accommodating and kind. Highchairs available in the restaurant. The shower was always lovely and warm and tea and coffee facilities provided. We would recommend this hotel, particularly if you have an earlier flight as it isn't far from the airport.

We managed with our toddler in the big bed however the option of a cot would have been a great bonus.

We stayed at the hotel one night after a late arrival, everything was good, a very comfortable bed and pillows, a quiet room, everything that is necessary was in the room, the staff were friendly. The only thing that I'd like to improve is the breakfast hours, it's already over at 9.30 and for guests that arrive late and want to sleep before the next flight it's not very comfortable. For example, we arrived only at 2 am and had to set the alarm clock to have time for breakfast but our next flight was much later the next day so we didn't have enough time to sleep properly because of it and later spent a lot of time at the airport. We could have slept more and felt better. It's the only recommendation to the hotel. Otherwise, it's great and I'll definitely stay there next time too.

The hotel has airport shuttle from and to the airport. Just remember to tell the driver which terminal to drop you off when going to the airport, because they seem don't talk. The breakfast was superb!...Even kids would find something they want, it has everything healthy you'd want to have to start your day. Perfect place for a short stay, if you are just stopping by at Arlanda for your next destination. Don't expect for any views.

The room i booked was a family room with 1 large bed and 2 single beds. We got a very small room, 227 with 4 single beds ( 2 beds put together),the mattresses move or slide easily. There is no air con, or if there was, then it was that small one which is not working so we just opened the window in the morning to get some good air from outside. The floor under the bed was so dusty, for someone with allergies like me, it's easy to know it, that's why I started checking what is causing my symptoms again.

The breakfast was off the charts - amazing variety...two meals in one. They had a great restaurant for evening dining as well. Room well accommodated. Good towerls. Overall good stay.

Our first night there was a miscommunication/mistake with the shuttle so we had to taxi but after that no problems with shuttle. Great room. Shower pretty small and there was no temperature control of the room so we had to sleep with the window open both nights.

I was very thankful that the shuttle bus was there for me after I landed at 1145pm at night. It was my first time at the airport and I had challenges with calling the airport from my US cell phone. I hadn't confirmed prior bit when I messaged the hotel to ask about the shuttle bus times, it seems like they noted it down because after struggling to call the number I came outside just to check and the shuttle bus was there waiting for me. I'm so very thankful to have that care that late at night and for my first time here. The room was very clean and spacious enough for me one night. The breakfast buffet had a good variety. The staff were very polite and respectful. I like how you can use the shuttle to get to the airport then connect with transportation to the city center fir Stockholm. That is a great feature.

It was great for what I needed which was a night to stay after a long flight before I head into the city.

It is very convenient staying at this hotel, as there is a free shuttle bus taking you to the airport. The breakfast is excellent too and rooms are up to expectations. We always use this hotel when flying to Australia, as our flight is very early in the morning, so we have to stay one night before leaving Sweden. Also there are free parking if staying one night. Am not sure about parking if staying more than one night, but I know that they have a gated long term parking (for a fee, but cheaper than other parking in the area) for guests that are away for several weeks.

I don't really have anything negative to say, except maybe they should have a loyalty program for returning guests. Maybe also that it would be possible to have something to eat earlier than 4 am, if ordered the previous day. In our case the shuttle bus is at 4.30 am (to be able to get to the airport in time for check-in) and that doesn't give us much time to eat.

The hotel was a great option for needing to stay near the airport, and the shuttle bus was reliable and convenient for me as a solo female traveller. The staff were really friendly, including those working in the restaurant in the evening. Everything in my room was clean and tidy, and breakfast was good, even serving for very early flights.

My room was on the cold side, and the radiators did not seem to work despite me turning these up.

Good breakfast, with variety. Very good transfer to and from airport, the bus was comfortable and driver drove carefully. 10 minutes transfer time (and only 10 minutes waiting for transfer on arrival) Hotel has long term parking facilities. Room with 4 beds, not the usual 2 beds and double bunker.

Room was a bit hot (summer period). Mattress and bedding made the bed warmer increasing the heat sensation, could not detect any kind of air conditioning, but maybe we were too tired to properly look for it.

Great location near the airport and we landed late but the hotel arranged pickup at no cost! All staffs are super friendly and helpful. Fantastic value for money and the buffet breakfast had lots of variety. All in all 10 out of 10. Would definitely recommend this hotel and will also book in the future.

Nothing really other than the room is slightly small but still great value for money so can’t complain.

Staff were very helpful, they gave information regarding getting to Stockholm and transportation options. The facilities were clean, breakfast was a good selection. Airport shuttle was awesome and easy to arrange, especially for our 1.30am arrival. Great stay
