the food was very nice and all the staff are perfect from the reception to the restaurant 👌. we really enjoyed our stay

the TV that was in our room was very small and showing limited channels and it was not even clear seems like it's about to crash. also the invoice of romantic setup was sent late, I was surprised when I arrive at the reception to be told our room have been setup, I had to pay at the reception for it. Their communication with it was not good and the change of setup prices, I was a bit frustrated because along the way I concluded that the setup i will do it myself

Breakfast was delicious, a buffet and enjoyable. Lunch and dinner were also delicious. The staff was lovely and already ready to assist.

There are no outdoor activities within their premises, which then makes everyone to remain in their rooms unless it's meal time. Something like swimming pool or snooker (pool table can help keeping people out of their rooms.

The staff was very friendly and willing to assist. We appreciated the prepacked breakfast that we needed on the first morning since we had to leave before breakfast time for a funeral. And the actual breakfast on the second morning was very delicious. The units were clean except for a few unwelcome creepy crawly guests but that is understandable considering the location of the Hotel.

The Wifi connection was not up to standard. The couch in the lounge could use an upgrade and it can perhaps be bigger for the family units.

The rooms are very nice, clean and the bathroom has everything u need. Beds are comfortable and sheets are warm.The room is soo spacious and warm we didn't even need the aircon. I've been here a few times now and I would still come back.

I wasn't too impressed by breakfast though. The food taste good but the lady who made the eggs looked grumpy and she kept serving other people who came after us and it seemed like she didn't care about us. A little bit of variety can be added to the breakfast since well it is buffet.

Breakfast was a little less different from what I experienced in 2017, but nonetheless, it was a good breakfast. The Room was neat and well organized (the bed is losing comfort, and the body gets stressed/fatigued before waking up).

Please improve or change the bed mattress (comfort is important for one to rest well).

The facility is so good and the staff although we had a misunderstanding about my booking, but at the end all was well. Their breakfast finger licking good and the waiters

There was a breakdown of communication at first which stressed me but later sorted.

The service is excellent. The rooms are extremely clean and the kitchens in the loft were efficient.

The beds were not comfortable. There isn’t an elevator or someone to help with luggage for areas without elevator.

There's noise in the passages, I think there should be a notice board stating that people should not make noise towards the rooms, especially when there's loadshedding and the generator not working after 12. It was also very hot, we couldn't use an Aircon.

The facilities were proper and in a good location, lose to the mall and a bunch of other facilities. the restaurant is the best feature, from the drinks to the food. was just unfortunate that the pool was closed because it was really hot and that would have been great for us. We enjoyed my stay totally and we’d come again surely

There’s a bit of a situation with insects, I don’t know if it’s just Tzaneen or it was the hotel but those were quite a bother as we spent our time trying to kill them

The facility is clean and friendly stuff.

I feel like the should be stairs in the middle of the rooms/ building to avoid the long walkings from the stairs close to the reception to walk far to the other side of the building.
