The beds were super comfortable,rooms were perfect, ooh the showers were just luxurious....

At self check in, the staff were not as friendly. We saw them, they saw us, but no welcome or gesture of any kind. They just seemed busy on their phone.

The stay was lovely - rooms as very nice and luxurious. The bedding was beautiful and the bed comfortable. An extra bonus is the stunning gardens

Very minor but the shower head needs to be checked as it sprays all over the place - I think it is just calcium build up and the water sprays all over the floor. I would suggest that you check all the shower head to prevent someone slipping on a wet floor. As an insurance broker this may leave you liable for injuries.

We had such an amazing stay, we stayed there on an unforeseen work emergency and this property had everything that we needed. The staff were so friendly and accommodating and helped us out with an early check in to accommodate our work situation. They checked up on us regarding dinner reservations and were so kind and mindful. The space is also clean and tastefully decorated with the restaurant conveniently located on the premises - the food is amazing by the way! We also loved being so close to nature whilst being in town. Would definitely recommend!

I loved everything.

Our stay at Bohemian Guesthouse exceeded all expectations. Too bad we only stayed here for one night on transit. The staff are super friendly and ready for anything you need. The rooms are very spacious and very cosy. The bathroom is modern and very functional. The toilet is separated by a wall. The beds are firm and very comfortable to sleep in. The accommodation has its own restaurant, so you don't have to find another place in Tzaneen village for dinner. The neighbourhood does not lend itself to going for walks outside, but you can spend time in the super cosy lobby with a fresh aperitif.

We had the simple breakfast that was set out. We did not order from the menu. We enjoyed it. At dinner the night before, the waitress remembered us and even whst I had ordered. It was very impressive.

Because the shower has no door to keep the warmth of the water in, I was very cold showering. It also took a long time to get hot water. The bed was very comfortable. The duvet was so thick, that I was too warm with it on and too cold without it.

This is a charming property, I had a wonderful experience. The self check-in process was incredibly convenient, and I received all the necessary details ahead of time, making arrival smooth. The hotel was easy to find, nestled in a convenient location. Upon entering my room, I was delighted to find it beautifully decorated with a simple yet elegant antique-like furnishing aesthetic, complemented by a lovely pop of color and art. The sherry provided was a thoughtful touch, for a cold evening. Breakfast exceeded my expectations with a variety of options to choose from, ensuring there was something to suit every taste. The staff were friendly and welcoming throughout my stay, adding to the overall positive experience. I would highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a comfortable and charming place to stay, with excellent service and attention to detail.

The property is easily accessible and their checking in process was so easy as they reach out to you and get you started before arrival. It was seamless! It’s a beautiful property with an in-house restaurant that serves great food! Ina and Taurai at the restaurant were amazing, and are really friendly and always willing to assist. The entire staff is just great. The facilities are also so clean. There is so much attention to detail given to the amenities that are provided in the room which gives the place that extra touch!

It’s a pity the restaurant is not open on a Saturday.

The location is ideal for what I expected, close to Ben Vorster High School and town. The rooms are spacious and the bathrooms exceptional. The staff is so friendly and welcoming and bent over backwards to accommodate our late check in and additional towels. It was very nice to be able to invite our children that we visited to breakfast at an additional cost. We have found our go to accommodation for when we visit the children and already re-booked.

There is nothing that we didn't like. If I have to be super critical, some cheeses and yoghurt would have been nice as a buffet option.

All rooms was fully booked, which I understand, I was happy to stay in Room 2. Next time I will ask for Room 4, as suggested by the Staff.

There was people enjoying themselves in the Sitting room area next to Room 1 and 2, they was very loud right through the night - I asked one of the guests at about 01:00 in the morning if they can just try to be quiet - his answers was "we paid for the facilities and we are enjoying ourselves". When I left just before 06:00 - there was still hard talking and laughing going on.

The Breakfast is super super super amazing and you can still order extras on the side for a small cost and it's located perfectly, not far from town and other establishments for daily activities but is also in a quiet area where you can enjoy great peace and quiet, love it.

If only the restaurant could operate on weekends aswell because the food is marvelous, would be great for those lazy stay in weekends.
