I enjoyed my stay, and loved the breakfast.

Called in past Thursday to confirm my booking and to query, however, the lady who spoke to me, think her name is Martha? I felt she was rude in the manner she was answering my question, and she did not take it upon her to recify the matter by calling, I had to call as a client to have the matter resolved. I didn't like that there was no backup for the faulty WiFi. And couple of stains on the white linens.

The location, with a high level of security and a guard on duty overnight, super clean swimming pool and lights makes it even more enjoyable. Martha at reception is a darling, she is welcoming, and provides information about the area. The ladies from the kitchen are equally friendly and available for anything to make you comfortable during dining times. The room is super big, perfectly laid out with wall to wall cupboards. Enough signage to get to the guest house from the main road. Liked everything about the place. Clearly marked dedicated parking bays. The online images are real.

The receptionist Martha was very friendly and welcoming. The pool was very clean and the water was warm, very nice for a night swim.

1. The bathroom wasn't clean, the towel rail was dirty and kept on falling off. 2. The bath tub took hours to drain and it was dirty. 3. The wasn't enough toiletries for two people (shower gel) we ended up using the extras we got from Misty Mountain Lodge. 4. The aircon kept tripping 5. The breakfast was okay but the bread was stale not fresh at all.

Tiny Bath Soaps which melts away before you start bathing are as good as non-existent. Advise Guests to bring their own soaps Bed a bit Squeaky WiFi not working, 3rd Visit with same problem; Luckily I brought my own

The place is generally beautiful, the landscape is amazing, its quiet, its clean and generally peaceful. The staff is friendly and very helpful, ready to answer any general question you may have.

The tv in the room i was booked in (room 1) was in a funny looking cabinet too close to the door. When opened it makes going in and out tricky and uncomfortable so as a result i didnt use it. The chemicals used to clean the pool were harsh on my eyes, other guests also complained about it. The rooms also look much bigger on pictures than in real life but that didn't bother me too much.

Cleanliness, tranquillity, location, enough parking spaces, landscaping and security. The initial allocated room had cistern challenge, however, the receptionist moved us to another room that had no challenges.

1. Accessibility to dining room a challenge for people with mobility issues. 2. Guest 1's sunshine eggs were extremely raw (yolk). Giest 1 wanted medium rare sunshine eggs. Cook didn't ask the level of how the eggs should be prepared ito choice. Mushroom was a bit sweet. This was 1 of the 2 guests dislikes. 3. For the 2nd guest: Guest 2 doesn't eat ordinary cheese and chillies, but do eat feta cheese. The ommellette had only 2 ingredients ie pepper and onion. Ingredients too few.

The place is quiet you can rest in peace. There’s enough space inside the rooms . The water is hot all day but room 4 didn’t have hot water at all.

Room 4 didn’t have hot water. The space in front of room 3 and 4 wasn’t clean as expected. The tv in room 5 wasn’t working. The danger of small cars getting damaged going in and out through gate 2 is high.

the place is beautiful, but I was given the very last room with no pool view nothing, I hated that and for that reason I don't think ill come back again, I tried checking in early but to avoid such but it was all in vain, never was even given an option to choose i think it was decided by the color of my skin

Both rooms booked were large, clean and well furnished. The breakfast provided was good and well presented. Parking was adequate and secure. Front desk staff were friendly. This venue has a large back up generator.

The room I occupied had a defective aircon and I was supplied with a fan on request. The aircon was not repaired and as such I had to make do with a fan again on the second night. With daytime temperatures at 40 degrees celcius and high humidity a working aircon is essential. There was a large spot (mould or water damage) on the bathroom ceiling.

The room was spacious and the breakfast was very nice. Staff was helpful.

The bed was squeaking and the cupboards (although many) were not practical. Only hanging space with very little shelves and hangers. Easily fixable. Overall the place was really beautiful and it was a lovely stay
