Perfect location in a quiet area with walking distance to the town, beach and supermarket. Manolis is the perfect host who cares that you enjoy the stay. Comfortable beds, clean room with air con, fridge, kettle, coffee maker, sufficient cutlery ( incl. corkscrew!) plates and wineglasses! Cooker with two rings ( no oven or microwave for your info) Great modern shower with good power. Schampoo and shower gel supply. Nice balcony area and lovely pool area with plenty of sun beds and a great terrace area at the end of the garden with table and chairs, perfect for evenings by the pool.

Could have done with two keys to the gate. A tv in the room would be an improvement.

The location was fantastic and Manolis and his team were so helpful. The room was very clean and comfortable and was cleaned daily, which we did not expect!

This was our 2nd visit to Manoli's House. We love it there. The location is ideal being 2 minutes walk from the main high street, 5 minutes from the bus route and 10 mins from the harbour. The garden is a tropical oasis with nice shady areas to sit in and get out of the heat. The pool is big and there's a lovely outdoor area to relax and sunbathe. The apartments are clean and comfortable with a modern feel. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony for breakfast. It's really handy having a small kitchen with fridge, hob, toaster, kettle and coffee machine. Manos is very caring and considerate with good communication skills. We're planning our 3rd trip next year 😀

There's nothing not to like

Manos is a great host. Messaged me as soon as I was at the port with a map and directions to our accommodation. So easy to find and, an easy 10-minute walk. The accommodation is in a beautiful setting with lots of well established trees and shrubs. Everything is just that little bit better than you expect from decor to cleanliness to a proper hot shower! The pool was fabulous with plenty of sun beds and shower /loo nearby. I would highly recommend and wouldn't hesitate in rebooking.

Clean spacious well equipped studio, nice balcony, pool area attractive lots of beds and shaded area. Host very helpful. Location perfect as close to the Main Street of Skiathos town and close to the bus stops that run every 15 minutes to go to all the beaches. Lovely restaurants and bars in the town. Great value for money didn’t charge for WiFi, safe or air conditioning.

No complaints

Its really close to the town center, only a 2min walk away. The villa is a large clean space, with a good kitchen for cooking, a big lounge and patios to relax on. It has high ceilings so it feel very airy and light.

The bathroom didn't have a blind on the window which was overlooked by the neighbors so we had to us a towel to cover it when we showered. The pool is quite close to the front of the villa, so you will get a bit of noise if there are a few people swimming and relaxing by the pool.

Manolis was an excellent host. He met myself and my son on arrival and showed us around the property and how everything worked. Our flight had been delayed and we were late getting to Skiathos so he bought us pizza and a bottle of water. How thoughtful. There is a small shop at the end of the street which we used to buy water and a few provisions as we ate out a lot. A larger supermarket is not far away The accommodation was spotlessly clean and our room was cleaned every day, beds made and fresh towels. The bed was also very comfortable. Pool area was very relaxing and again very clean The location is perfect. Just a 2 minute walk to the top of the Main Street were you will find the shops, restaurants and bars Manolis helped with any questions we had and was always available to help should we have needed it. He organised our taxi back to the airport when it was time to reluctantly leave I wouldn’t hesitate staying here again

Fab accommodation surrounded by beautiful gardens. The room itself had everything you might need for your stay, with very comfortable beds and armchairs on the balcony, a strong (and quiet!!!) AC unit, as well as a modern walk-in shower. It was also spotlessly clean. The cleaning Lady is a gem and the owner is very kind: not only did he respond promptly to all my queries, but when I forgot my kindle in the room, he brought it to the airport. Way beyond the call of duty!

I felt safe as a solo traveller it was basic but very clean , comfortable beds , lovely swimming pool ,close to town but still quiet and Manos the owner sent me texts messages to check I was ok , clean towels and toiletries. Manos takes time to chat even gave me a gift when I was leaving

Only improvement could be cushions for the sun beds but that’s not a complained
