Check-in was an easy process. The rooms have an old throwback feel to the 80's or 90's and the walls for noise are a bit thin. It's far and away from the city and bars

Driving through the compound to get in and out of parking is a bit narrow. The curtains could use shorter replacements since they are a tad long, hanging above the air conditioning unit's vents that provide necessary airflow and reduce overheating. The heat and cold options work but the air conditioning unit's fan option doesn't work, especially on a summer weekend. It's fixable

Base boards and edges of carpet were dusty, could do more scrubbing to clean grout in bathroom. Office chair was too big for the desk and I moved it to the opposite corner to have a clear path to bathroom

The price was right. It was quiet, clean, and comfortable.

There were no frills. No shampoo, conditioner, or the like. They did provide small bar soap, and that is it. I was disappointed that there was NO hair dryer.

Man at counter, got me reserve ice, from his fridge.

Ice machine was broken. Allergic reaction to her pillow. Shocked by eye swelling.

There was minimal outside noise; all the rooms were on ground floor.

There wasn't a place to hang clothes; nor any shampoo.

I was absolutely shocked lol. "That may have been the cleanest room I've gotten anywhere Ever." Fyi this could be the oldest hotel in Morgan Hill. & Idk if maybe it just got updated, or if it's just that we'll maintained. I am almost certain tho, That someone actually loves this place. "If it were mine, Id be proud of it." It's extremely well kept. Inside & out. The staff was nice. & it seems like they have heritage! "I thought it was adorable."

Owner/manager was very helpful ... walked with me to look inside the room to make everything was ok, before I went in. And he told where the best Indian food restaurant was. Also LOVED that i could park right by the front door of my room.

AC is pretty loud when it kicks in/and out ... but keeps the room nice and cool (June 25). No vending machines or coffee maker

Price outweighs everything.

Everything Is not new. Some old smell inside, but for that price - all good.

The hotel manager who runs the desk is absolutely awesome. He works so hard

It was easy to find and just stay overnight before I drove on to my next place. Calm and nice surroundings.
