Good price and a good location. We were quite close to the freeway and shopping/restaurant options. The room had a full kitchenette, which was nice. The bed was comfortable.

There was no coffee! Extended Stay America was having some problem with their supply of coffee. I feel they could have found an alternative brand and had coffee in the lobby or available in your room in the morning. The grab and go breakfast was very poor. They had packaged muffins and cereal bars. There was no ice machine on the premises. Kitchenette had empty ice trays so you could make your own. But that was not very convenient for a person staying just one night. I can see this would be a very nice place to stay if you had an extended stay

Opening the door with the card key. Once it was no good or deactivated and I was required to lug my baggage down the long hall, into the elevator and back to the front desk. It took several times inserting the activated key card before the button turned green and the timing of the handle had to be just right. So, that was very frustrating. Parking - I am permanently disabled and there were not enough handicapped parking spots close in distance to the front lobby and the lighting in the parking area is very dim / low light.

Bathroom is spacious. Everything was clean and tidy. Still you get what you pay for.

Walls are a bit on a thin side – expect to hear your neighbors if they are loud. Turn off fridge for night to get better sleep – it is a bit noisy. Ventilation of room could be better. Included breakfast is not a breakfast but just coffee on-go.

I liked the location. Walmart & Taco shop close by. You could take a little drive to In n Out for a Burger also.

There were no plates, spoons, pans etc in the kitchen. There is no coffee machine. You have to walk to the front desk for coffee and all other necessities.

Price was reasonable.

I didn’t realize I had to ask for shampoo in advance so I had to come out of the room and wait for staff, which was nowhere to be found; so I had to call them on the phone from the outside? Basically very understaffed.

Clean, great location. Rooms where great price was descent.

Bed was the only thing that was bad. Dipped on either side of matress with big hump in middle. Also would have been nice to know that there was extra charge forbdog.

Miriam, Joan and Nassir were incredibly helpful and patient. It was clean and nice. Location is great- right next to a Walmart and some fast food spots.

The breakfast could be a lot better. It was coffee, hot chocolate, tea, oatmeal, nutrigrain bars, and the small muffins.

Kimberly at the front desk did an awesome job. She handled everything great she was extremely informative over the phone when I called before my flight and checked me in promptly when I arrived. Great service.

Safe location, nice room & amenities

We had a Late check in during the systems “night audit” & we had to wait 10 minutes for staff to come out and about 15-20 more minutes to even get into our room.

I always like that the staff is friendly, the area is clean and the amenities are free and available. I needed a fork and plate and was provided with them immediately.

I reserved two rooms one of the rooms (330) had a clogged shower.
