Everything was very good. Did not expect such a nice hotel near 101. Good breakfast, which comes from the Black Bear restaurant next door.

Breakfast was OK. Nicely set up. Eggs were weird looking but tasted fine. I liked the salsas and cheese. Nice selection of pastries. Muffins looked good. Bed was good as were sheets and comforter.

Not enough light to read from in room. Very poor TV choices. Netflix was mentioned as there but did not seem to work. Worst thing was the very old carpet that looked old and dirty. Pillows were all the same size. Too high for me. I like thin pillows. There was no choice here.

I have stayed here several times now and it has always been nice, clean, and comfortable. This recent stay, they had a local restaurant come in and serve cocktails and some excellent horderves in the evening. Apparently they have been doing this on a regular basis. It's great to see them partner with a local business like this, and my cocktail was excellent! I travel frequently and usually drive a larger truck or van. This is one of the few places I frequent where parking is easy and convenient. Staff is always very nice as well! I really enjoy my time when I stay here.

I have No complaints about this location.

Safe pool for kids since it was not too deep. The breakfast was great and good quality as well. The breakfast area also out an outdoor seating area as well. And hot coco for the kids to enjoy as well.

There wasn't anything that we didn't practically dislike but would have been nice to have a sauna. It seemed like there used to be one but currently it was not in use.

Breakfast was great. Manager of the kitchen Rosa was very helpful and she asked herself how I liked the food and service in the dining area. Room service was great. They would bring towels and shampoos really fast when requested. Vanessa at front desk was very helpful and polite. She allowed us to enter at 1pm. She checked if room was clean and it was so we could move in and still make it to Gilroy Gardens.

The water in jacuzzi wasn’t as clean and it didn’t work properly.

What a great stay! Clean rooms, awesome breakfast, great staff!! Whatever I needed for the room was sent in a few minutes. Safe neighborhood, safe parking lot, lots of stores & restaurants close by. Black bear diner is in the same parking lot, 7-11 across the street, Dennys down the street, Walmart 8 minutes away.

Not much to dislike! Everything was exceptional!

Parking the walkway and the small stream underneath the walkway. Lighting in in lobby area and the breakfast was excellent but can be a little more like packets of Miss. Dash and maybe use soy risotto for those that can’t eat pork. Also plant base products for food consumption.

Friendly service, clean rooms, comfortable bed, available parking, pool & jacuzzi, easy access internet service, convenient in room services, like refrigerater, microwave, etc and quiet rooms.

More towels in the room upon arrival, and coffee cups that can be used in the microwave for reheating coffee or enjoying hot tea.

From the point of entry, the staff was polite, professional, and pleasant,from check in, to the lady running the breakfast area, and over all a pleasant stay. My boyfriend and I have decided to make it our monthly place to stay. So serene. We love the fireplace.

That i couldn't enjoy it longer! We had to leave early. Also, breakfast could end a little later

The room was very clean, service was excellent, breakfast was delicious, The location of the hotel is great, and the staff was friendly and kind, If I would stay in that hotel and recommend it to peaople I know to stay there.

There was only one little thing I didn't like but it was manageable. the hallway of the hotel had a little bad smell. but besides that everything was excellent. and that little issue I assume can be fixed.
