Beautiful setting allying old stones and Scandinavian decor. Restaurants on site. There was only one open on the night we were there and it was fully booked but the staff at the reception made superb recommendations and drove /picked us there at no charge. The restaurant that was open is « gastronomical ». There is also a winery onsite (with very knowledgeable people pouring wines) as well as a couple of art shops. But most and foremost, I need to thank the awesome staff at the reception desk!! We had a major issue with our rental car and they went above and beyond their duties to help us. We wouldn’t have solved our transportation issue without them!! Big kudos!!

I actually booked this stay as a gift for my daughter and son-in-law for a wedding gift. They loved the experience, the location, the luxury of the room and the attention of the staff. They ate at the beach club and had a great evening, made even better by the shuttle service to and from the beach.

It was a little disappointing they couldn't have immediate access to their suite when they arrived as there was an issue with something. They were given a drink whilst they waited but when they were only there for one night, it was a shame.

From the beautiful drive up to the property, to the staff, the phenomenal wines, music, and dinner was absolutely over the top. Our dinner at the French Restaurant was served to perfection with a staff that we talked and laughed with. We also opted in for the Master Tasting Class in which we learned much more about wines and the wines of the region. We can't wait to return in the Spring!!

We truly can't find any negatives about the visit. The only thing I could say is the spa is smaller than some other spa locations we visited in the past, but still quiet, beautiful, and the services were excellent.

Well furnished and designed room but simply materials nothing fancy. Room was above their events hall which made it very noisy on some nights. The domain is fantastic and big with plenty of activities and options - two great swimming pools, the one at Villa Soleila also has amazing views. Breakfast is out of this world in terms of options, local ingredients - extremely plentiful. It is impossible not to find something you enjoy. They even have peeled grapefruit and freshly baked pancakes, French toast - just so you can get an idea of the amount of work, attention to detail that goes into preparing breakfast. The beach is located about 20 mins from the Chateau and they provide shuttles and can arrange for you to go on a certain schedule but need to book if you don't have your own car.

The staff is young, willing to help and tries to be genuinely nice but lacks authenticity and sufficient training to succeed. The older staff is top notch. The food at their beach restaurant is mediocre at best if not terrible. Wines are okish. Entire place is very bad value over money, at least in August. It is terribly outdated and understaffed for the prices they practice but I understand the owner is some kind of local French celebrity and I guess you get this glitzy crowd around that likes to bask in this celebrity lime light. To be honest, far too many airs for my taste.

Beautiful location - stayed in villa with pool

No restaurants on site were open for duration of 3 night stay - had to drive 10mins for food. Hotel provided a shuttle bus for sister restaurant. However we arrived on Monday and all availability was gone. We had to order room service which was awful and very very expensive - 30€ for a child’s portion of gnocchi!

We found it odd that there was no on-site restaurant for lunch or dinner in the middle of high season, apart from the special event “Moon Room”. On the plus side, the beachfront restaurant, 10 minutes away by free shuttle is excellent. Reception staff were all charming but a little disorganised. We had to ask more than once for small items, and the information that we received wasn’t always accurate

Gorgeous property surrounded by vineyards, mountains and the sea. Friendly, professional staff, and delicious dinner and breakfasts at Chez Paule. Very comfortable room with terrace overlooking the property and the sea. Fun wine tasting with Max - we love Gerard Bertrand wines!

Amazing location with historic buildings restored to beautiful reception, accommodation and restaurant areas. Set in acres of vineyards but close to the sea - peaceful - relaxing and artistic - good design.

Nothing - it was authentic and lovely

The global style is out of the ordinary, super charming, and with a strong character in the south of France. The surroundings are so beautiful, you are always around wine grapes, I strongly recommend long walks, where you will find hidden gems to take breaks or enjoy the view. The spa is very cozy. The food was delicious at every meal, and the wine tasting is a must-do, as the sommeliers are very knowledgeable and inspiring. Each member of the staff has always a smile and is there to help you.

the property is beautiful, the gardens gorgeous and the room was lovely. it was peaceful and calm. breakfasts were delicious - i would definitely stay again…

… however it was a big shame that there was generally a lack of food and drink readily available - for lunch and dinner you had to take the car at least 15mins…there are no drinks allowed by the pool for example either - why? … there is a lovely bar and bar snacks but mostly there were no visible staff and it was empty. I loved my stay and I would go back again but the place is missing some key things especially for a 5-star residence - F&B is very important for guests and should be available always, everywhere and at a reasonable price.
