Very nice breakfast was added to our stay. Staff was Excellent in helping us with all requests. Staff spoke excellent English, which was helpful and appreciated. The rooftop deck was a nice "get out of the room" extra space. The location of the hotel was very quiet, i.e. no traffic to speak of, cars or people.

Our room had a sewer gas smell that seemed to get stronger through the night, which was rather annoying, since I could not seem to plug it up. Other than that, the facility was fine, comfortable bed, good amenities.

The hotel is just 10 minutes walk from the centre and restaurants along the quays. The secure parking is just across the street from the hotel. Reception staff were very helpful with the garage access and checkin was very quick. The rooftop terrace was great for relaxation in the evening. The room had coffee facilities and a mini bar. Everything was well presented and spotless.

The room was pleasant, clean and big enough for us. The shower was very good, and the toilet was in a separated (closed) space which was quite convenient. The experience was positive in a nutshell.

No elevator - be aware. Was a bit difficult to communicate with some of the stuff in English, led to unfortunate misunderstandings. No ventilation in the separated 'toilet room'.

Absolutely gorgeous, very clean and spacious suite with private entrance in a really great location! Great outdoor space!! The pictures on this site don't do this beautiful suite and outdoor space justice! Staff was very helpful and friendly. Walking distance to great restaurants on the promenade. Can't wait to come back! Thanks for a fabulous stay!

Everything was amazing, like a 5 star hotel really. The attention to details from the staff, the warmness and the cleanliness were the highlights. Everything looks new and sophisticated in the room, the bed, the bathroom and the living room were really comfortable and the size of the room was superior than average. Also, the city is so worth visiting and walking distance from the hotel!! They also have a very nice private parking (make sure you book in advance as it is small) we enjoyed our stay so much, thank you!

We loved everything.

The staff were very friendly and helpful at all times, the room was comfortable with everything we needed and it was a relaxing setting. The direct area was quiet so it was easy to sleep but still only a few minutes walk to the hustle and bustle. The bed was comfortable and the shower was great! We had breakfast one day which was very good. The bonus was the roof terrace! Overall a great place we would go back.

Additional request for some confirmations from the hotel by e-mail, after all confirmations and card guarantee, not applicable during traveling on the road without internet. If no confirmation is received by e-mail, hotel may cancel reservation. Very disturbing.

Beautiful Boutique Hotel, exceptional service, clean, quite, excellent bed, gorgeous rooftop for wine and cheese and just minutes walk to city center, Abby, and central Plaza. Private garage parking with charger was a huge plus as well. Best hospitality we've enjoyed in three months of travel.

Nothing to complain about

Breakfast was brought right to our room/patio/courtyard area for my family. This made the morning mush more relaxing. Also, the breakfast was fresh, plentiful, a must in my opinion. The rooms were well equipped, very clean, nicely decorated and had enough space for luggage and personal items. The front desk staff was very accommodating, friendly and helpful.

A suggestion really, to have trash cans in the shower room.

Their room service with a charcuterie platter and wine is excellent. And the staff was extraordinarily helpful and accommodating, the room great - clean with a comfy bed, and quiet.

The room could have been a tad bigger, but no complaints - I was alone so it didn't matter.
