This is a great hotel and the most comfy bed (even for someone who likes an extra soft bed). Staff were really helpful and Spoke English which was rare in Narbonne. My mum and I had a single room each and the size suited us well, it was big enough for our needs. I absolutely loved the bathroom, it’s the first hotel where the shower floor hasn’t been slippery. We were located on the first floor and the windows opened in both rooms which was nice for the fresh air. The town centre was minutes away from the the hotel which was perfect as we didn’t have a car. There is a lift which helped our mobility needs.

The hotel was in a great location, close to the centre of Narbonne and all the amenities. The hotel staff were excellent, they were very helpful and knowledgeable and helped us park our car in their private garage. The room was very nicely decorated with a very comfortable bed. We did not have breakfast but did visit the hotel restaurant in the evening. The food and wine were excellent! I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone wanting to visit Narbonne.

I stayed at some nice hotels over 2 1/2 weeks in France. Mosaique was the best. Friendly staff that goes out of their way to make you feel at home. Accommodating with special requests. My room was a delight and large. Plenty of room to spread out. Great shower with an actual door that fully closed! I had two dinners in the restaurant during my four-night stay. Excellent meals and service. Best of all was Fita at the front desk. She was so friendly; made me feel like I was the only one staying there. She is the Queen of Hospitality!

On a quiet side street. Parking on the street tricky but a cheap public car park just up the road. Quality of decor & comfort in room and other areas excellent. Dinner very good, had dinner there twice as it was excellent. Great staff, super helpful

This is the best boutique hotel we’ve ever stayed in. Staff are kind, friendly and very professional. The hotel and room decor is stunning, with a lovely ambiance. The room is spacious, with a very comfortable bed, there’s a minibar, and the shower is great. Loved the outdoor space with plunge pool too. In a great location, a short stroll to shops, restaurants and the market.

Great location and beautifully presented. it felt reassuringly comfortable as you walked through the gates.

As with so many French hotels, my bedrooms was like a match box in size with nowhere to open my suitcase comfortably and unpack. The window was so high up, I couldn’t see out of it, and had to stand on a chair in order to close the blind over it at night.

The moment you step into le Mosaique, you are greeted by its refined, calming elegance. It is an intimate oasis of beautiful interior design. There is no detail too small at the hotel. From the piece of nougat for your tea to the sumptuous bedding in the room to the interior design of all the spaces, everything is elegantly thought out. Complimenting their interior design and culinary services is their staff. Efficient, genuine, gracious and accessible, they are uniquely able to personalize their service to meet their client's needs. One time I checked in very late and they went out of their way to get food to me before the kitchen closed. The next time...they recognized me by name and automatically upgraded my room. Amazing.

Excellent boutique hotel close to the canal in the centre of Narbonne. Th owner, Peta, was very helpful and welcoming and gave us lots of useful tips. The hotel is small (20 rooms) with a nice courtyard area and its own highly rated restaurant. Our room was pleasant and quiet, but a bit Spartan in decor for our tastes.

Hotel Mosaique is beautiful, the rooms are very nice and the staff is very friendly. Their restaurant has wonderful dishes. The empanadas are delicious.

I did not feel there was enough flexibility in their breakfast menu, though what we had was delicious. Nearby restaurants had excellent breakfast.

Super firnedly staff, They tried really hard to speak English to me as I did not speak any french. They were helpful in offering me a private taxi service to get around the nearby towns, they had a great restaurant and the location was superb right near the centre of town.
