The hotel is in a characterful, attractive building. The location is excellent - just 5 minutes walk from the railway station, and 15 minutes from the historic centre. The room was a good size with a comfortable bed. The bathroom was adequate. Breakfast was good - excellent bread and pastries, as you would expect in France. There was a machine for you to squeeze your own orange juice. Reasonable choice of cooked meats, cheeses, fruit, salad, etc. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel takes environmental issues seriously.

Hot water was slow to reach the bathroom although it was plentiful when it did arrive.

The owners were very helpful and happy to speak English rather than let us struggle with our limited French. The hotel is a beautiful classical French building with a lovely atmosphere, well-located for the town centre and railway station. Our room was spacious and comfortable, with a large bed and plenty of room for clothes storage. Breakfasts were buffet-style and reasonably priced. Overall, we had a very pleasant stay and would recommend the hotel highly.

There were no major downsides. There was no lift due to the construction of the building but the owners were very keen to help with carrying luggage to upstairs rooms.

Location: Very very close to train and bus stations. Quick walk to centre of historic old town. Cleanliness: very clean. Bed comfortable. Water hot. Air-con efficient. Room: bigger than expected in a small hotel, high ceilings, doors to tiny balcony. Road was not noisy. Bathroom: small but had everything, including toiletries, and no mould or smell- very clean. Staff: cheerful, helpful, multilingual, even carried our suitcases for us. Price: very reasonable and included breakfast.

Breakfast was excellent! The Front Desk Team of Ulanda and Christian were exceptional in their service and warm welcome! In addition, Christian, went ‘beyond’ all service expectations by personally assisting (and carrying) our luggage to the nearby Train Station. He then returned 15 minutes later to ensure our (very heavy) suitcases were safely stowed aboard. He undertook this extraordinary service with such a positive, professional and upbeat attitude! Our stay at the “Will’s Hotel” will be long and fondly remembered. We will definitely recommend this charming hotel to friends in both Canada as well as in France!

It's very convenient to the railway station and the canal and restaurants are within walking distance. There is also a good supermarket and several cafés nearby on the same street. The market hall of Les Halles and its surrounding street market are about a fifteen minute walk. The room was very comfortable and quiet with good air conditioning and the buffet breakfast was generous. The hotel seems to be bike-friendly.

The common areas and corridors could be brightened.

This property is an easy walk to the train station. We had the family room which was perfect for us and our two adult children. The beds were very comfortable and the air conditioning was excellent in the extreme heat. We thoroughly enjoyed our short time there. One caution is that there is no elevator but the staff was wonderful and offered to take our luggage up. Can’t say enough about how helpful and friendly the staff were.

The staff were more than willing to assist with our needs. The breakfast was lovely, fresh squeezed orange juice, dates and FIGS. I love figs. The bed was comfortable and in room 3 when you open the curtains to your surprise you will see a flower garden. Will’s Hotel is a 3 minute walk to the railway station. The restaurants close by are the Grill Lounge (fabulous hidden gem) and the Istanbul Restaurant (Excellent fare). Very pleasant stay indeed.

Really lovely people on the staff there; the hotel is spotlessly clean & the room a good size; there's a great gluten free breakfast available; the hotel is very close to the Narbonne railway station & a short walk to the centre with a free shuttle bus available also during the daytime & early evening. I highly recommend it.

There isn't one communal toaster & so if you are coeliac, you may need to check this out.

Nicely located near the train station and on the edge of the old city centre. There is a free bus which travels through the city centre on a look and the hotel is on the route with a stop nearby.

There is no lift and while it wasn’t an issue for me it might be for others as the stairs are circular. That being said we had left our luggage with the manager before we got the room and they brought it up to our room for us.

This is a friendly family-run hotel, in a charming old house, well-situated for the train station. We arrived on an early train and were able to book in and leave our luggage. When we returned at 5pm our (heavy) rucksacks were up in the room waiting for us. Most importantly we slept very well up under the eaves.

More sockets in the room for charging phones etc. Bathrooms are bijou, something of a throwback to my distant youth, but charming in their own way!
