We were very happy with our stay at Best Western. It was close to Delta College, which was the main reason for booking. The room had two queen beds, more than enough room for my son (who is in college) and I. There was a fridge and a microwave - was very handy for a quick meal. Breakfast was included which was a nice surprise and also being vegan there was a couple of options such as oatmeal, fruit and bagels. The staff were friendly and it was a convenient room for us that was on the ground floor which I had requested as we had a lot of belongings. Free parking was also included. Overall a great stay!

The half size pillows were a bit lumpy and the air con seemed a bit dusty. Overall though we had a great stay and these were minor things.

The outdoor security gates leading into the hotel room area were an added benefit for Stockton, however one gate handle closest to my room did not work and the gate was propped open by a rock which defeated the safety purpose. The breakfast was really good. Better than other hotels in the area.

Tight parking spaces & lack of maintenance. Not much for snacks to purchase from hotel store. Was told that grocery store was open next to the hotel. Walking at night in the area, no thanks.

Overall ok. The room was good, there was a fridge and the beds comfy. It was quiet. Breakfast was the typical American style with disposable cutlery and the usual foods. There’s a small gym with some basic equipment.

There was a bit of tobacco smell lingering in the room and the floor carpet had its fair share of stains. There’s a large parking lot at the far end of the hotel with some homeless people hanging around - our room was at the other end with its own well lit parking.

We took at double room. it was very big place which was good for us. Room came as expected. We were there for 4 nights and asked to clean the room (as instructed) and room was set and cleaned. There is a coffee machine in the lobby for use all day, very comfortable. Breakfast was good Not located at the center of town but was OK as we had a car. There during 4th of July and the check desk personal told us where to go to see fireworks.

Towles were always missing in swimming pool.

Clean room 157. Room had a comfortable bed with 4 pillows, remote for TV, microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker, a desk, chairs, coffee maker, hair dryer, good lighting with outlets. Food 4 Less (market is close), Alberto's Mexican Restaurant is close also. Great breakfast. There is a gym in building A and a self-serve laundry. If you want to hang out in the lobby, that's OK. They have a nice christmas tree, and the lounge is a good place to hang out. The pool and jacuzzi would be great to use in warmer weather; although, some people were using them in the middle of winter.

Within 2 hours of arriving, a guy in a hoodie knocked on my window, a homeless guy hanging out near the exit. Truth is this all happened within the first couple of days. The last couple of days are surprisingly uneventful. The motel is a ways from Pacific Ave if you are walking.

The room was great, I chose the King Suite, and let me tell you.. The shower was always hot and ready, the room was over 600 square feet plenty of space. The bed was very comfortable just need a few more pillows. There's nothing bad I can say about it, clean clean, The breakfast was also a bigggg plus. Hot breakfast, bacon, eggs, sausages, waffles potatoes, cereals, 5 different choices of juice. Like I said there's nothing I can say bad about it. 10 stars lol

I had a room with a pool view and balcony with a table and chair it was so beautiful and I have mobility issues and was given a room that I didn't have to walk to far from the elevator it was such a good accommodations and the next day full breakfast is from 6 am to 10 am and the food was excellent so I enjoyed my stay and the room was nice and clean thank you Best Western also there is on site washers and dryers and a exercise room and nice pool and hot tube or jacuzzi

IMPECCABLE SERVICE! We were floored with the professionalism and hospitality showered on us by the front desk staff. We had several changes to the booking the surprisingly, the establishment was kind, accommodating and understanding on every hand. We are very pleased and plan to return when we are back in the Stockton area.

Aside from the breakfast, the professionalism of the all the staff is impressive. The only thing that exceeded that was how courteous and willing they are to assist. No matter what time it was, even 3.30am, they were available to answer any questions or address any concerns I may have had.

- Breakfast which had various items: scrambled eggs, fresh waffles, sausages, potatoes, cereals, yoghurt, fruits, biscuit and gravy, coffee, juice, tea. - Room was spacious and well equipped.

It was difficult to find an empty parking spot in the interior court, but we found a spot outside the facility, also for the guests ( there was security staff looking over that place too).
