Convenient location, relatively quiet. Breakfast was substantial which provided a nice start to the day, but it starts after 8 am which is a little late. The staff was nice to provide it a bit early on the one day our tour started at 8 am. Bathrooms were clean and had room to put toiletries - the heated toilet seat was fantastic! Overall, a great stay - I would stay here again if I am back in Taichung.

While the staff was really nice and friendly, they couldn't help with recommendations on restaurants or things to do. They recommended one eatery geared toward tourists which was booked, so we went to a local one nearby which was delicious. When we showed the staff afterward, the restaurant brought back memories - I wish she had just recommended the local restaurant in the first place! Nevertheless, we were able to find our own eateries and used the spa a few doors over.

The family room for 4 people was spacious like a mini apartment. Kid enjoyed the swing and mini slide. The apartment was clean, and the location was decent a short distance away from malls and night market via cab. It was also next to a 24/7 carrefour supermarket. The receptionists were pleasant and friendly.

The family room was located at the basement with no windows. Limited options for breakfast but it was still decent.

Breakfast is good but in comes in sets for selection now, I remembered years back in previous visits before COVID, the choices of breakfast were much more and not limited to option sets

It was rather freezing when taking bath during our visit in Jan when the weather was relatively cold....we had hot water baths but the air in the toilet was relatively cold...

it's a very well designed hotel. I like how many hooks and hanger are in one simple room. Their idea of lighting is also considerate for users, appreciated.

Street outside could be noisy at night just because it's right next to the main road. It doesn't bother me much but not for those who are sensitive about sounds

The hotel is modern, bright, and clean. The staff are very helpful and cheerful. They also speak English very well. Room is a good size, with modern facilities and was very clean. Location is convenient with shops and restaurants nearby. Also a short walk from the Fengchia night Market!

They free upgrading our room claim there are empty room. The location is 10mins walking to feng chia market. Clean, the wc with heating pan and butt cleaning option. The power socket is great, doesnot required international adapter.

The receptionist is not welcoming and want us to wait till 3 pm only to so the check in process, when we arrived before 3pm there’s no other guest. We don’t get it why she does not entertain us.

Location. Near to carrefour & the Feng chia night mkt

Parking is a walk away. Washer instructions can be challenging for non-Chinese readers.
