The staff were super friendly and helpful. We went to stay there overnight because the typhoon knocked out the power at our house. The staff did everything they could to make sure we were safe and taken care of.
The TV remote didn’t work. We were stuck on one channel.

Spacious, light room. Comfortable bed.
Unfortunately, the room was rather dirty, especially the floor and the sofa. Using the bath tub is no fun if there are other people's hairs everywhere. Luckily, at least the sheets on the bed were clean.

The size of the room, outside patio amd large tub were very nice.
The room was quite dirty. The coffee mugs weren't washed, the table tops weren't wiped down, and there was questionable substance on the duvet so I don't think it was washed.

friendly staff
Dirty, broken shower head. No wifi. Spider web at the shower room. Cockroach at the entrance. Ran out of shampoo and body wash. Have to ask for refill. Staff are very friendly and helpful. They deliver McDonald’s breakfast in the morning
