The hotel is located conveniently along the MRT. The hotel has a nice fun vibe and has a lot of fun common spaces, the lounge in the lobby and the rooftop are both great places to chill. They also provide a lot of little extras like little candies, popcorn etc. The furnishings in the rooms feely luxurious and comfortable and the overall aesthetic of the room was great. The hotel was great in accommodating for my wife’s feather allergy and provided us with synthetic pillows and duvet.

Our first impression when we arrived our room, was not great, as it wasn’t cleaned to our expectation. There was a lot of dust along the back wall, mold on the shower head, and a spill from a previous guest had not been cleaned up. Once we spoke to reception they apologized, and they made sure that for the rest of our stay they were thorough when cleaning. Our stay would have been perfect, if they had done a proper clean for our arrival. Hopefully the hotel will learn that first impressions matter and be more consistent with their cleanliness.

The common area has free popcorns and snacks until 8pm and lots of books. Staff were friendly and helpful. The lounge area is really very nicely done up with a big screen for movie screening as well. There is free instant noodles in case you need late night supper too, although I did not try that.

The breakfast starts at 7.30am and the hotel faces the main road and MRT track. It is about 500m from the nearest MRT station. Although the view is not fantastic and 500m maybe considered far with heavy luggage, it is quite sufficient.

Nice clean room. The 4-5pm ice cream that’s given to hotel guest. Instant noodles party with more than 18 varieties to choose from. Efficient reception team. Our room had troubles with the shower and she immediately get someone to solve it for us. Another room has a mould smell due to perhaps low occupancy during Covid. Hotel reception brought up a purifier and the smell become better afterwards.

Breakfast was Macdonalds as the restaurant is not ready to serve breakfast yet.

We are vegetarians and the staff specially prepared vegetarian breakfast for us. They were delicious! The facilities wonderful too. Love the roof terrace where you can enjoy the night view in comfort while waiting for the laundry to be done. The emotion check-in boxes at level 1 and letterboxes at B1 were unique too.

Self-help instant noodle bar from between 22:00 and 23:00 was a nice touch for the late sleepers. Breakfast also had a good variety for different dietary requirements.

Check-in is in the basement level can be made more obvious. Upon arrival, it wasn't all that easy to identify the hotel as the entrance is tiny.

Staff were very friendly, breakfast was good, nice big mugs in the room for making tea and coffee. Also we didn’t take advantage, but seemed that you could borrow lots of different equipment from the front desk if you needed to, things like steamers etc

The hotel is near the MRT. The hotel lobby provide the popcorn stall, ice-cream, coffee & tea machine, and also the instant noodles.

There is no kettle in the hotel room.

Clear and comfortable. Great location. Near MRT and bus stop. Stuffs are friendly. Very recommended it.

Bathroom didn’t have any hangers and shower door is open inside out and water will be dripping outside of floor.

This was a lovely place to stay, with friendly staff and a clean/modern room. Close to MRT and bus lines. I would definitely stay here again!
