Upon check-in, the staff did not direct me to the lift or provide the Wi-Fi password, which required me to return to the reception to ask for it. These details should be shared proactively during check-in to ensure a smooth guest experience.

The room was comfortable, the TV was huge with a good selection of channels. It was rather easy to connect to our own devices. Comfortable and clean shower. The communal area had good free coffee and drinks, ice cream and a good selection of snacks. There was a laundry room which was helpful.

The pillow was too soft and the bed was too hard - tad bit uncomfortable.

Large and comfortable suite room (Room S5). Food stands, laundromat and subway station close by. Clean room but a/c not adjustable.
