The room was so spacious, the value for money was fantastic. The lady who checked me in had patience as o come from a foreign country and speak English and struggled to understand some aspect. The cleaners were amazing! They provided me water each day and asked everyday if I needed my room cleaned. Very impressed with this for the price I paid.

It’s so beautiful, easy to identify and close to bus stops and quite central. So comfortable to stay in and facilities were provided to complete our stay. Super cozy and staff were super friendly. Would love to stay there again if I ever come back to Taichung ❤️

Seems not really maintained well as a whole but still livable and beautiful architecture

Location was pretty good, plenty of shops around. Parking is a little bit difficult, majority of public parking spaces costs 30 NTD per hour, though capped at 280-300 NTD

Though the bathroom was good, but the toilet was leaking water

It's a vintage hotel and it's quite cool. They offer plenty of complimentary toiletries, which I keep and give to the homeless people in Taiwan. The boss and staff were friendly making sure I got to the parking lot . I really liked the vintage decor and old-school interior. But don't turn on all the lights as you will see tons of imperfections. Thanks for the bigger room. The area is good with lots of places to eat and do things like walk along the river or in the park. Safe to walk around at night.

Too much open space at the bottom of the door, so I put a comforter there to block the hallway light and noise from the other rooms.

The daily room cleaning was a nice touch, I didn't expect it so it was appreciated, the staff were polite

The mattresses in my room were a bit hard, the decor is dated and the air conditioning felt a little ineffective

the charge is one of the best in the area.
