Location was good as we were visiting my son. The staff were very nice. The room was comfortable with 2 large comfy beds. The shower cubicle converted to a steam room which was a good addition

We like to have some fruit for breakfast and the selection was very limited. There is no egg station, only ready made boiled eggs or scrambled

Loved it, friendly comfy, they upgraded my room for free into a super nice room. Perfect all around. I was obsessed with my bathroom and the tub was quite large and I am about 5’8 and could pretty much stretch out fully.

They did not have a weighing scale for baggage. Although this is not a huge deal it would be useful to have for foreign travellers like myself who definitely buy too many souvenirs and need to check if their bags weigh the correct amount.

I liked the area, which was very convenient. The staff was helpful and willing to assist, even though at times communication was difficult due to our language barriers.

While the food was ok, on my final day I found a small roach in the sauce that covered my tofu. The staff however, willingly helped to rectify the issue. The room was also a bit dusty as well.

Plenty of eateries around the hotel. Close to an MRT station. Room was very comfortable. Good WiFi. Breakfast was good. Could meet friends and have free tea and coffee in the lobby. Felt very safe.

It is quite a distance from nice shopping malls, big morning or night markets.

Good location, near MRT station. The room is relatively small, but it's very cozy. The bathroom is great, equipped with a large bathtub. The breakfast is ok.

It will be great if there are more kinds of fruit for breakfast. But considering the price is not high, it's still great.

We have stayed for 4 days. Staff delivered best customer service. We enjoyed the breakfast- they have many choice of menu. The room was clean and relaxing. We had the best sleep. We will definitely comeback.

I liked that our rooms were close to each other. There was breakfast provided the next morning, which was wonderful.

One of the rooms was bigger than the other one, which was a bonus, but that bigger room smelled like smoke.

Near amenities and train station. Spacious room with 2 bathrooms! Reasonable rate albeit New Year Eve. Clean and good spread of breakfast. Overall, good!

Air cond temp can’t be adjusted. Bathroom doors have no locks.

Very spacious and comfortable room with a huge bed. Good buffet breakfast with plenty of options and good flavor.

Getting there; the hotel is right on a small street coming off a main road and there's no pedestrian pathway leading to the hotel and was a bit daunting to walk when traffic is busy.
