This is a gorgeous hotel in a wonderful neighborhood in Salvador. Everything was wonderful about this hotel from the food to the cleanliness. The room was SPECTACULAR. The staff was wonderful and spoke fluent English. Top notch experience. I'd definitely recommend staying here.

The only complaint that I have is that the hotel is on a rather steep hill. It made for a taxing stroll to the beach or market. Definitely not for individuals with mobility issues.

The location is very nice, on a quiet hill right next to a lively beachfront area. The hotel is very comfortable, quiet, laid back, and also elegant. The staff is great.

I would recommend getting an uber. Walking back from the squares with restaurants and bars was a bit challenging as it’s up a steep hill. No big issue. Uber is very cheap.

The staff were amazing! Very friendly and hospitable, and went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable!!! They were simply lovely!!! I would stay here in a heartbeat. I will be back.

The hotel is really nice, with a good view from the rooftop, a very comfortable room and very friendly staff.

For the price one could expect that the common areas such as the rooftop and the swimming pool would be a bit more modern. The reception was going throw renovation work which was a bit of a turn off in the vibe. But would still recommend it.

The meal and the breakfast were gorgeous, you will not miss them! The bed and pillows are comfy as well, we had good rest. THe staff were friendly and happy to help. This area was great, close to main restaurants.

THe breakfast was not a buffet, in morning around 8am, you need to wait around 10 minutes or more to wait for the waiters. We booked a room with sea view, but it was in the first floor, I am sure it will be nicer if it's on 2nd or 3rd floor. The room didn't have privacy if you open the curtain, since right in front the window were the area for guests. So for most of the time, we keep the curtain closed, you can imagine, the room were very dard along with its escuro decorations. One of my friend had fever during our stay, but the hotel didn't have a thermometer which worked fine. They had a malfunctioning one.

Nice roof top with pool, extremely clean acomodation, nice view to the sea and a receptive staff.

We just didn't like the dinner we ordered. Pasta was very dry, other than that, nothing else to complain.
