Super nice crew of the hotel, ready to help in any problem. Very nice breakfast including plant milk, lots of italian sweets, fruits, sausages, hams and bread. Air conditioner works great, towels changes everyday and also room is cleaned every single day. Room isn't big, but it is very clean and nice with a balcony (our was with sea view). There are many beachclub around but if you want to use nice public beach there's very nice few km further - in Lido di Classe.

Although we generally slept well, one eveneing we heard guests talking in the room next door: rooms are not soudproof. But this is a minor detail as we enjoyed our stay and will be back!

3rd floor room with no elevator. Room and toilet more basic than the pictures on booking.com. The balcony and rooftop terrace need some love.

They are very kind and respecting their guests. Also, rooms are comfortable and they cleaning it every day. Breakfast is really tasty. Location is 50 m from the beach. Hotel deserved more than 2 stars.

The hotel was super, very clean, close to the beach. breakfast was also good.

I would appreciate also some gluten free / lactose free options at breakfast. I would recommend fixing the door at balcony as it was hard to close.

Great location- less than 50m from the beach. Private parking. Delicious breakfasts. Good price. Very nice staff.

No shower cubicle in the bathroom, which was inconvinient (bathroom was wet in a moment).

Really close to the beach, nice, clean rooms. I think it is a family-owned small hotel, and the owners are really helpful, friendly people. For a seaside holiday, it is perfect.

Excellent and accommodating too. Cot available at no extra cost, parking great and close to beach. Lovely outside area where toddlers could explore with no danger.
