I loved the service and the facilities. The personal spa was amazing and cleaned daily with fresh towels. The sauna was turned off because of complaints but we talked to the owner and he turned it on for us. It is a small sauna but works brilliantly and you need no more than 5 minutes to get a good sweat. There is also free drink, coffee and snacks that are constantly refreshed in the communal kitchen. This is rare and very much needed. The owner has his own restaurant nearby which he invited us to and gave us free wine. Him and his wife were very friendly and accomodating.
The lift didn't go up to the floor where the check in was, which was rather annoying when taking suitcases. It is only one flight of stairs so wasn't so bad. Also the location is a bit out of Solerno so you need to walk at least 2km to get into the heart of town, further if you need to get to the station or bus stops.

It is not very appropriate that there are other guests behind the wall. We turned on the TV and talked and they didn't like it anymore. The bathtub was great but when the jacuzzi is turned on it is also loud and it may not appeal to the guests behind the wall. We had to be quiet at every step, which made the trip a bit complicated and we didn't feel at ease. Air conditioning is probably not working properly, because we set 16 degrees and still it did not cool and showed 24-25 degrees.

the property is very nice it includes a jacuzzi and a sauna. My 7y boy loves the jacuzzi and I enjoyed the sauna with good wine.
it is a bit far from the center 1Km walk howeverwas very good after a stressful day.

Great. Owner allowed us to check in early. Place was quiet and clean. Hot tub was bomb. Would definitely stay here again.
