The hotel is the best I stayed in during my trip to northern Italy: Excellent modern rooms with huge windows and perfect balcony. The staff is extremely helpful and friendly. Delicious food, elegant breakfast and dinner.

Half an hour before checkout, as I was entering my room from the balcony, I found a staff member checking the minibar. He said he was checking it, then carried on as if nothing had happened. It was okay with me because I was alone, but if I had been with my family, it would have been not acceptable.

Great room, high quality fittings, spa/ pool and amazing breakfast and dinner provided. The food was a bonus as I’d have expected to pay what I did without it. It was excellent food and great service.

I suppose the ultra clean, floor to ceiling large windows are accidents waiting to happen. I had to close the curtains often to save my modesty the young horse riders in the arena. It’s a km out of town but that’s ok for the type of place it is.

They need to have something on the glass , which is a sign it was perfectly clean and beautiful , a good thing but my husband almost walked into to pool door thinking it was open and I have a big egg on my head as I bumped it on the bathroom glass not realising it was there again I thought was a open space

This was our favorite place to stay on our trip to the Dolomites. The location was quiet with stunning views. Our meals were delicious and ample. We took advantage of the spa and outdoor swimming pool. We had the opportunity to chat with the owner a couple of times and he was delightful. We enjoyed every minute of our stay and hated to leave.

Absolutely nothing.

My room/suite was based in the newer equestrian block soon to be 4 stars. I overlooked the ski slope (Saslong B) a red run. I could ski to the door and return using the lifts. All of the villages are very accessible in Val Gardena. You will need to be intermediate to ski to the door. The property is in a peaceful location. It is shared with the horse stables and arena. There is a modern bar and restaurant below as an alternative to the very pleasant and wholesome dinners provided as half board in the original hotel chalet. A ski bus can be taken into town. Only one in five buses do the route up the hill and not all are numbered, but there seemed one an hour. I gave up on the bus and chose to ski from the door. There is an available heated boot room. Many guests skied from the door. it doesn’t have a pool or gymnasium. but the genuine hospitality, food and well appointed rooms make for a genuine and modern experience. Well priced.

Peaceful location. Relaxed and flexible.

Excellent staff (reception, restaurant, cleaning). Very friendly and welcoming. Amazing grounds and spa. Safe car parking. Reasonable restaurant prices. Good breakfast buffet. Also got a free local public transport pass.

They have no option regarding half board or just bfast and whilst on holiday it’s nice to eat out sometimes and have pizza !

The bathroom was split into two rooms: one with wc an bidet (no window, no sink), the other with the sink and the shower: not very comfortable.

I’ve stayed 2 times this winter at this wonderful hotel. Spacious rooms, wonderful breakfast and dinner, and very friendly staffs. After a ski day an exceptional spa, pool and lounge zone are waiting for you. Definitely worth staying, and definitely not my last stay here.

Great location, stunning views: as well as from the room as from the outdoor swimming pool. Relaxing SPA. Attention to detail in design that makes a really great experience. Food was absolutely delicious. Possibility to try horse trekking among mountains. A peaceful, relaxing place.
