+ Excellent Host - Elena was very responsive and friendly, providing warm hospitality throughout our stay. + Impeccable Cleanliness - Apartment was spotless as housekeeping maintained excellent standards throughout. + Well-Equipped Kitchen - Compact but had everything we needed for meal preparation. + Prime Location - Walking distance to Selva and bus stops, plus complimentary bus cards for transportation. Beautiful mountain views. + Comfortable Accommodations - Spacious rooms with good showers. Beds were comfortable, though the singles pushed together had a middle ridge.

- Patio Smoking - Smoking is allowed on patios and smoke drifts into units when windows are open as no A/C. - Patio Noise - Neighbors on multiple nights held loud family speakerphone calls on their patio at odd hours that carried into our unit with no one on-site to manage.

The apartment was nice and clean, it was also warm and cozy, the kitchen had enough equipment for a comfortable stay and the bathroom was big and warm. There was a small balcony with an amazing view. There were several different pillows, so people can choose their preferred type. There are power sockets near the beds and blackout exterior shutters. We didn't use the Wellness area, so I can't give feedback on it. There are parking spots both outside and in an underground garage but note that the maximum car height shouldn't exceed 2.1m, otherwise the underground garage cannot be used. Our car is 2m and even though it was able to go in, the maneuvering was hard and took a lot of time. Fortunately, we were given a new parking spot outside when we asked to switch. The ski room was nice, there are separate lockers for each room with enough space for several pairs of skis, as well as ski boot dryers. There is a ski shuttle but we didn't use it, the lifts are pretty close on foot - ski lift Nives is around 6-7 minutes away, if you walk slowly, maybe 9-10. The Ciampinoi cable car is a bit further but still close enough. There are also stores and restaurants within walking distance, as well as bus stops. We were also given free transport cards for our stay. The check-in & check-out process was smooth, we arrived late and the instructions for getting the key were straightforward and easy. Overall, a very pleasant place to stay.

Absolutely adore Elena. She is the kindest. Gave us maps and recommendations for local hikes and food spots. She even gifted us a bottle of champagne and heart chocolates for our engagement, which was completely unexpected. Felt so luxurious. The wellness centre is magical with a warm pool, sauna, crystals in the steam room, comfortable lounges, towels and cotton robes (found in our room with pool slippers). Love that the kitchen is fully stocked with everything you could need to make any meal. Also coffee pods! Having a view of the mountains from bed, plus two balconies to admire the view outside is wonderful.

I would recommend showering in the wellness centre after you finish in the pool or spa. I found the water pressure in our private bathroom to be too hard, but it’s good for washing shampoo out of your hair.

Villa Leck exceeded our expectations due to the following: 1. Nicely maintain, warm and clean apartments with all necessary amenities 2. The SPA area including the sauna, jacuzzi, and pool was great 3. Shuttle service from the villa to the ski lifts was comfortable 4. Villa's host, Elena, was amiable, helpful, and responsive

Way back from the ski slopes to the villa is not really comfortable for snowboarders since the ski trail is not steep enough for snowboards, therefore, they will have to walk for ca. 10 min or wait for a ski bus whereas skiers can get relatively close to the vill via the ski trail

The Villa Leck is in a great location - a 5 minute walk from the centre of Selva - with lovely views of the mountains. Very clean with fabulous spa and pool facilities. Elena was really helpful - she ensured our ski passes were in the apartment for our arrival, sent a video showing us how to access the property and ensured we had some breakfast supplies in for our first morning (we arrived after check-in hours).

Nothing could have been better.

Everything! Elena and her kindness exceeded all our expectations! The apartment was clean and all the things you needed for your stay are all in there. She gave us all the maps and suggestions for hiking with our toddler. Their wellness centre was divined especially after all the walking we did all day. It wa beautiful. The staff was also kind. We left our key card in the apartment and they graciously let us in with no issues. If you don’t have a car, the bus stop is less than 5 mins walk. They also give you a buss pass so you can go to all the towns close by. The supermarket is also less than a 5 min walk. Customer service is outstanding! Don’t hesitate to book it!

Spacious for 4 people, good location once we worked out the ski path back to close to the hotel. The hotel shuttle bus was excellent and took us to where we asked to go each morning.

There was not much ‘lounging’ furniture in apartment 8 - a 2seat sofa, otherwise seating was on the dining chairs.

The property had all of the facilities needed for skiing, from a well-equipped ski room to a private morning shuttle. The beautiful spa offered a nice place to relax after a great day on the mountain. The apartments were clean, comfortable, and stocked with everything we needed. Elena was a wonderful host, always available to answer any questions and happy to help with recommendations. All in all, we had an amazing time!

Very cozy and large residence. We loved coming back here after a big day hiking. We could see the snow capped mountains. The wellness area with the pool was lovely. We loved that the residence was equipped with a kitchen. Elena was a very helpful host who gave clear instructions for self check in.

Nothing

Everything was perfect. An incredibly comfortable bedroom, a cute terrace and sunloungers with views of the mountains. Free parking. Elena, who runs the property, was incredibly welcoming and knowledgeable about hikes, buses, etc and gave us maps that she personalised. A very well stocked supermarket was very close. The wellness centre in the basement was a complete delight - pool, jacuzzi, sauna, steam room, a tea station, loungers with magazines. The most relaxing end to each day of hiking.
