The staff was very friendly and the service excellent. The room was cozy, clean, and recently renovated. The location is perfect — right in the city center and just a short walk to all the main attractions.

The only disappointing part was the restaurant. Although the food tasted good, we were told that if we ordered fondue or raclette, we could enjoy a live cooking experience. However, around 9 PM, instead of watching the chefs prepare our meal, we only saw them cleaning dishes, laughing in the kitchen, and occasionally looking at us. It felt a bit odd and uncomfortable, and definitely not what we expected.

it was a fantastic hotel. lovely room, great staff, car park right opposite a ski hire shop and right next to a button lift that took you up to the main Sella Ronda routes and you could ski back down to about 30 yards from the hotel entrance boot and ski room which was heated, good breakfast and bar. didn't eat in Restaurant. Very good for a romantic trip to the Sella Ronda Sella Ronda is a very picturesque ski resort with long sweeping blues and reds and excellent on piste catering

Location was brilliant! Very close to the city center where all the busses leave. Also ski lift was next to the building. The staff was absolutely amazing! They were so helpfull and gave very good tips for hikes, restaurants and transport. Breakfast was excellent and nordic style. Finnish sauna in the spa was nice! The rooms was nice and tidy. The balcony was lovely unfortunately it was too cold to hang out there.

The pillows were lousy! The spa felt like it was on low use, so maybe it could be improved somehow to raise the attraction. The stow in finnish sauna was a bit small meaning that the capacity ran out rather quickly.

Fabulous hotel with awesome staff. We were greeted by the very gorgeous Bernadette who was so helpful and friendly during our stay. We found all the staff excellent from the very professional bar and kitchen staff and the reception staff. Breakfast is amazing and the bed and pillows on the queen bed were AWESOME. Best bed I’ve ever slept in! The view from our room was lovely (ignore the crane working on next building, it really doesn’t take away from the view to the mountain). Fresh snow on the mountain in the morning was just stunning. Best hotel I’ve stayed at for ages.

Absolutely nothing

excellent 5-star-hotel selection at breakfast buffet, fashionable interior design that combines modern colours with mountain wood furniture - very cosy and elegant, kind hotel personnel who allowed us to leave our car in the hotel garage after our check-out with no extra charge - while finding any park place in the village is a hassle, we have picked up our car after 4-hour trekking nearby,

(1) car parking places and the garage as such are so narrow that most of SUV's almost do not fit, you need very good driving skills to park in the underground parking, (2) too hot in the lobby, bar and breakfast area, building elevation look ugly but interior is amazing

Housekeeping knocking on the door at 8:50 am on a rainy day :) Check out day 1 hour before check out time housekeeping knocking on door again :) Charge the parking garage without noticing in advance. Small room and way too small bed . Morning restaurant staff not offering coffee clearly understaffed busy with cleaning tables. Evening restaurant staff friendly but far away from professional.

Breakfast, bed, bed linens, and location!

Our room was super nice, but there is a fairly big space with a clawfoot tub in the room and two sinks. We didn't use the tub: there is a super nice sauna and Turkish (steam) bath downstairs. The bathroom in the room must have originally had no shower, but they wedged one in later? So, the bathroom that you will actually use is quite cramped. The room was expensive, but that might be the norm for the area.

The booking.com listing doesn’t do the hotel justice in my opinion. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. The car parking was easily accessed, plentiful, and secure. The selection of food available was good - both in the hotel and in the town. The sauna facilities were great after a long day of hiking. The bedroom was large and the bed was very comfortable.

Awesome hotel with fabulous restaurant in Selva Di Val Gardena. Staff were amazing, so friendly and helpful. Breakfast was plentiful and delicious. Room was great apart from the short beds and single duvets

2 single duvets on the large double bed. The bed was actually 2 singles pushed together, but it’s ridiculous that the hotel still used the single duvets for what is advertised as a large double bed. If it’s a double bed, it should have a double duvet.
