Friendly family owners and very informative. Great location more of a local charm than the neighbouring Ortesei and Cortina. Free 20 mins bus ride passes to Ortesei. Little things like complimentary sweets and water in the room is always a great touch. Shutter blinds to blackout the windows were amazing since our room faced the east. Very minor but the neighbouring hotel did interuppt the north west mountain view.

This is a family run hotel and the owners and their staff are all extremely friendly and accommodating. They will go the extra mile to make sure that you are happy.

It would have been nice to have a fridge in the room to keep chilled drinks and also ironing facilities. The hotel staff were happy to iron individual items but I would genuinely prefer to be able to do this for myself without troubling people.

Breakfast was amazing - the croissants were my favorite! The hotel location was perfect - an easy walk into town but far enough away that it was so quiet. Sipping coffee in the morning or an evening cocktail at night on the terrace was absolutely perfect! We had a car so really appreciated that there was a garage to park in. We can't wait to come back!

Everything was great - we booked very last minute so will plan ahead next time and hopefully have a room on the front side with a balcony and view. But our room on the first floor was huge and had a wonderful terrace with a view of the mountain peak.

Property was located almost directly on the ski slope. Plenty of parking (covered and uncovered). EXTREMELY accommodating to requests (late check out). Dinner was excellent and breakfast was good.

Room was a little hot, but not overbearing.

An outstanding stay - this family-run hotel strives to make every possible aspect of your stay as excellent as possible. From the impeccable cleanliness, including a turn down service to the excellent dinners and breakfasts (multi-course delectable dinner showcasing local cuisine - we were spoilt every night!) with wonderful service - a team who go above and beyond. The ski room was brilliant - our boots were dry and warm every morning and the staff arranged an overnight service of our skis so we didn’t have to worry! The location was perfect - could ski to each of the main lifts after only a few steps of walking. So easy! We would highly recommend Hotel Condor and will hopefully be back to explore the Dolomites again.

The place was well maintained and fantastic. The owners were amazing and went above and beyond to make sure everything was amazing and made sure we were well looked after. They gave us amazing recommendations and made sure our stay was fantastic.

The shower was a bit small.

The food and service was great.

The Stephonos were so kind and helpful, excellent facilities, excellent staff, Yasmine we miss you already 😘

I liked everything, it was a perfect vacation. To emphasise the pros: - hospitality and kindness of the staff - cleanliness - spacious rooms + balcony - spacious bathroom, hot shower - great service - good value for the money - best coffee - good breakfast and dinner - everybody speaks English very well

Can't think of anything negative.

The view from the room was amazing, the staff were all very friendly, and dinners were especially great. While I probably wouldn't recommend the smaller room for a couple, it was plenty for one person, especially if you intend to go outside for most of the day, which I heartily recommend.

Because is up a steep street, is not for someone without a car and luggage or if you have problems climbing.
