This is, without exaggeration, the best place to stay in Northern Italy! Everything is top-notch: the comfortable room, impeccable service, delicious breakfast, excellent spa area, convenient parking, and stunning location. It’s clear that the hosts are genuinely kind and attentive people who truly care about their guests. The views from the window are unforgettable, and the peaceful surroundings make it the perfect place to relax and recharge. For an additional €15, you can do laundry and have it dried. The room includes a kettle, a wide selection of tea, coffee, sugar, powdered cream, and a fridge. You can take the necessary dishes from the kitchen to use in your room. The sauna and jacuzzi are available daily at set times — a wonderful bonus to the stay. Even though a few other families were staying at the same time, we only saw them at breakfast. A very private and cozy place. We wish we could have stayed longer — we’ll definitely be back!

Comfortable beds, great backyard, really good breakfast. The hosts Paula and her sister are friendly and helpful with local tips. When our young niece ran out of milk they gave us milk. Private parking. Shower water pressure is great. Strong wifi. It is a 10-15 minute walk to "downtown" Selva. Would definitely stay here again. No A/C but if you open the windows you'll get a nice cross breeze.

Minor critiques: The listing mentioned 3 King beds but the third bedroom actually has 2 twin beds. Checkout time of 9:30a is the earliest we have ever experienced.

The room was spacious and very comfortable, which made it easy to settle in. Parking garage is available. The staff were friendly and always had a smile, which added to the relaxed atmosphere. Breakfast was varied, local and very tasty, and the wellness area was a real plus – especially the outdoor bubble bath and the sauna, which were great after a long day.

Absolutely nothing to criticize

After extensive research and deliberation, we narrowed the choice for our five nights in Val Gardena down to Garni Villa Erna and two other properties. I am sure those others are lovely, but we are so glad we booked here. This sums our experience: After just the first night here, we booked to bring our mother back for several days a few months later. Oh -- and no need to bring an alarm clock, as the cows jingle-jangle their way up the street every morning (during the summer) around 7:30.

Our stay at Villa Erna was amazing. The rooms were comfortable, very clean, and had amazing views of the surrounding mountains. The breakfasts were delicious. And Paola and her family and staff were most welcoming and very accommodating. We very much hope to return!

The welcome was wonderful like everything during our stay. The breakfast was so nice with lots of sugar and salt food as we like. The room was with all comfort. The snow slop was close that it is so practice to start to ski early. In the end our stay was magic.

Location was perfect - quiet with good views. Breakfast was excellent. Staff were very helpful and kind.
