The stay in this hotel was really amazing. Located in a very quiet place as made to relax. It is also in a very strategic location if you want to go on the most beautiful hikes in the surrounding hills - Seceda, Sassolungo, Alpe di Siusi etc - not once did we have to use the car. The food was great, the room wonderful, spacious, clean, with a very comfortable bed, a large bathroom and a beautiful view of the surrounding panoramas. A great benefit is the use of the sauna and a ticket for local public transport included for the whole stay. Plus the hotel staff who were so friendly and helpful that we didn't want to leave after a week. We will definitely be back again and highly recommend it to everyone!

The room was beautiful and comes with luxury robes and slippers, which are perfect to wear to their spa. The spa is lovely with both a steam and dry sauna, as well as a foot bath. It was the perfect way to unwind after a day of hiking. Carolina, at the front desk, was so incredibly helpful in helping us coordinate hikes. She was amazing. I’d recommend the property for her expertise alone. The free bus pass is also helpful.

Just note it’s a 10 minute walk into town and the walk back is uphill. I didn’t mind but just something to keep in mind in case someone has any mobility issues.

Great location to base yourself for a dolomites visit, the hotel is near alot of walking trails and cable cars including some in town but we were happy to be very close <15 mins driving distance to alot of key tourist spots and landmarks, lovely ambience to the place, great hosts who were very friendly, slept well in the comfortable rooms that were very large with black out blinds, breakfast was great too and included in the stay

Would have been 10 if it had small kitchen facilities in the rooms such as a mini fridge or a kettle so you could fully relax in your own room

Staff was very friendly and helpful, room and view were fantastic, breakfasts were delicious and varied, and the edge-of-town location got us away from the crowds. Included in our stay were regional bus passes that made it fairly easy to get to area views and hiking. On our last night, we saw people eating dinner on the patio and wondered if this location serves evening meals as well. If we had known (we did not see it listed as a restaurant on Google Maps), we would have looked into having a dinner there as well, since breakfasts were so good.

Very minor, but it would be nice to have shampoo and conditioner available in the bathroom. Because most places provide that, I did not bring it on our trip. Also, the walk from town to the hotel was uphill--which was fine for us (we like to walk)--but people who are not in good physical shape might have trouble with that. I'm sure taxis are available.

Before our trip, I asked Karoline so many questions about how to get there by public transportation and Gardena Mobile Card. Karoline was so prompt and friendly, responding to all my questions. Upon our arrival, Karoline advised us on all the nice trails that we should visit. She is amazing! We needed to pick up our rental car from Bolzano Airport and got stuck at the heavy traffic, we rang Karoline and she actually called the rental car company for us! Can’t thank her enough! The property is super clean, very well maintained and our room got beautiful view of the mountains. Hotel got a steam room and sauna room facing the mountain. We used it on the last day and really felt very relaxed. Breakfast is very good with good varieties.

As it is located half way on a steep hill, it can be quite tiring walking back after a long hiking day or with luggage. The good thing is , it is close to the Dantercëpies Cable Car Station. It will be great if there is a fridge in the room especially in summer.

Very nice and cozy family-run hotel in a convenient location for hiking and exploring the beautiful nature in the area. Carolina, the owner, was the perfect host. Always there, super friendly and very helpful in finding suitable hikes and also making restaurant reservations for us. The rooms had a good size and were modern and super clean, most with a great view of the surrounding mountains. Breakfast was offered buffet style. The friendly staff would take the order for the hot dishes on offer. The buffet contained a lot of fresh and local items as well as awesome home made cakes and left nothing to be desired.

Excellent location, in a quiet place, close to attractive hiking and walking tours. Great hospitality and perfect cleanliness and equipment of the rooms and hotel. Excellent wellness and a very pleasant breakfast. We really enjoyed our vacation.

Absolutely EVERYTHING. The views from our balcony were stunning, the room was clean and spacious. The sauna & steam room were a terrific bonus. The breakfast were amazing - varied food choices - all fresh and delicious. The owners - the Huber family were the kindest friendliest and most helpful hotel staff I have ever come across. Having access to the busses and “Gardena Active” made our trip so easy to plan.

A really lovely hotel. Easy to find with plenty of parking. The staff were welcoming. Lovely big room, clean and modern, with access to a balcony with an amazing view of the mountains. There was a great selection at breakfast with a number of delicious homemade items. We enjoyed the spa facilities, well kept and clean. A great way to end a day of walking. The hotel is really well placed near two cable cars and lots of walking routes. Also a good bus route to other towns in the valley. Excellent stay, would love to come back in winter.

Fantastic breakfast including lots of delicious home-made food. Staff were excellent in helping us to plan our hikes as we visited in summer - and free onsite parking for our car. Very comfortable beds and clean room - we would stay here again!

A little bit of a walk to town - but this helped the hotel stay nice and quiet and all in all was really manageable.
