Loved the hotel reception, lounge and bar area. Pool and Spa were good. Rooms spacious and functional

I thought the restaurant lighting in the evening was too bright and overall the modern feel of the reception and bar doesn't flow into the restaurant

We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay, our expectations were completely exceeded! The location was great, with beautiful mountains all around you. Walking distance to bars, restaurants, supermarkets and even a cable car! And just a few minutes by car to many attractions (like Seceda or Sassolungo). We paid for parking in the property which was super convenient (5 EUR per night). The room was cozy and had everything we needed: great shower with good water pressure perfect for ending a day of hiking, and a really well equipped kitchen. We had a balcony with an amazing view, and blinds on every window that made the whole apartment dark and quiet. The staff was helpful and friendly, we didn't try the food or breakfast but we had some drinks at the bar. We cannot recommend this place enough, already hoping to go back ❤️

Nothing, everything was perfect!

Brand new big buildings ("s" 'cause are 2) on the main road. The services are astonishing (pool, SPA, bike and ski room, game room, bar & restaurant), but sometimes the quality it's not aligned with the expectations despite the quite high fares (es: we tried to have aperitivo at the bar but the experience was a little disappointing (slow service and poor snacks). The level of the apartment was really high: we had a lot of space also for our childrens also for make them play. The kitchen is very well equipped and guarantees the possibility to cook almost everything (there's no oven but there's a good microwave). The quality of the staff is high and check-in and check-out are super fast.

The buildings are big, there are a lot of people and when you are in the common ares it could lack the feeling of being on the Dolomiti. I perceived a "cold atmoshpere" but I think it's the deal for having such a number of services.

apartment was great and spacious and clean.

They only gave you one dishwasher detergent cube so we had to go and buy a box of 30 for a one week stay. Same with garbage bags. We only got two which isn't enough for a whole week - and if you don't put your garbage out at the end of the stay they charge you extra. For the cost of the apartment it would have been nice to have unlimited garbage bags and dishwasher cubes. I also didn't read the small print on the spa (my fault) and it turned out that it was an extra charge of 15 euro per person per day and you have to book a time slot to go. The spa was also not super great. We paid for one day then didn't bother for the rest of the stay.

Poor Wi-Fi range in the apartment

Perfectly set up for skiers. A secure locker for boots and skies, next door to a ski rental, close to the gondola. Our apartment was well equipped and well organized. Very close to a grocery store. We made meals and ate at restaurants easily. The hotel’s dinner was amazing and the staff were very friendly. We couldn’t have picked a better place for our first visit to the Dolomitie.

We liked the location because we were in the residences on the back side of the property and not on the main drag where it was quiet. We were also near a grocery store and we were able to follow our own schedule. It was economical for us. We were close to the lifts which we used for hiking in the summer. The staff at the hotel treated us nicely even if we were in the residences.

i didn’t realize that we wouldn’t get the same cleaning support as you fo in a hotel. They said they would change the sheets every 4 days ( we were there 10 days) but there was a communication problem. They gave us new sheets but we were expected to change them ourselves. I don’t change my own at home due to a disability so that miffed me. They would exchange the sheets but not change the beds for us. But i figured out this miscommunication and all was well. At that point they offered to change them but i just declined. The sheets were not dirty anyway. I sort of liked not having to deal with a cleaning crew constantly.

We stayed in one-bed apartment with kids. The room was very clean and comfortable for family stay. Hotel’ location is central, only few minutes walk from the biggest lift in the area, close to restaurants and ski rental facilities.

The distance from hotel entrance to ski room was quite long, outside the building. For the whole duration of our stay, the path was covered by ice. This made the walking to ski room with ski equipment quite dangerous, especially for kids.

Friendly and very helpful staff - gave good advice and supplied free local bus tickets. Large well-equipped room with balcony. Indoor swimming pool.

Easy to get lost! Only one room key for a couple - lights and electricity dependant on key, also to move around various areas of hotel complex. So if one of couple left the room, the other left without lights and electricity and also no ability to move independently around building. Booking.com stated a microwave would be supplied on request - but did not mention a charge. One bedside light not working, the other had old bulbs which meant burnt fingers if adjusting position. Safe did not work i.a.w. instructions, scraper needed for hob, a/c seemed un-adjustable (no instructions).

The location is perfect, close to the mountains we wanted to see. Supermarkets and restaurants walking distance. A quaint coffee shop across called Mozart cafe. They have parking in the garage which was helpful as parking is a bit tricky. They do offer a weeks free bus pass which we didn't use as we had a car. The hotel itself is modern and fancy. The rooms are suitable for us, we had a small kitchen too. My husband used the gym everyday although quite small and lacking some weights, he made do. We enjoyed the swimming pool. There's an inside and outdoor sauna which we didn't get to use due to time. From reviews it sounds like we missed out not booking breakfast but definitely would book next time we stay. We highly recommend Hotel Antares.
