-Immediately located downtown. Walking distance to shops, eateries and parks. -Gorgeous facilities but having to book a time to use the pool was odd and antiquated to me. -Similarly, having fees and booking for the saunas was an inconvenience. -Location was great for the Sella Ronda Bike Day

-Expensive hotel that “nickels and dimes” patrons (added expenses for the sauna, needing a booking for the pool). I never saw anyone using the facilities. Perhaps these policies are purposeful for this reason which makes me not want to go back. -I wish upon check-in they’d explain the facilities at the hotel better (game rooms, pools, etc, I would’ve booked some extra features immediately if so). It was odd.

Spacious, clean and well appointed. The kitchen had eveeything we needed to cater for our family. View overlooking the town piazza was lovely. Opening windows for air flow and cool night air worked well. Great location for exploring Val de Gardena area, minutes away walking to bus stops, supermarket, restaurants etc...The indoor pool was a hit with our children, waterfall and bubble jets! You do need to reserve your 1 hour time slot well ahead of time though, as capacity is 15ppl. Was nice to have a large tub to soak in after hiking all day.

Would be nice to have printed hiking maps, bus timetables etc...on hand.

Loved the hotel reception, lounge and bar area. Pool and Spa were good. Rooms spacious and functional

I thought the restaurant lighting in the evening was too bright and overall the modern feel of the reception and bar doesn't flow into the restaurant

Had a superior apartment, very spacious and had everything you’d need!! Lots of different experiences on offer at the hotel, we did a private wine tasting experience which was fabulous! There’s also massages, a pool, a gym, bar, restaurant ect. The hotel itself is absolutely massive so a lot of other people there! Very clean too! Staff very friendly and 24/7 which helpful! Location wise it’s great, lovely town, lots on offer there; however, the main gondolas and hikes like seceda and alp di siusi are from a town over so we used bus- easy to use but busy as went in july. The hotel gave us guest passes for public transportation so it was very easy and cost efficient to explore Val Gardena and surrounds! The buffet breakfast was fabulous; best variety and all so fresh!

Had a bad experience with children being disrespectful to other at the pool, that you have to book a time slot for, although not the hotels fault, just be mindful there will be a lot of guests of all ages at the hotel- it’s very family friendly (not a negative but the pool experience wasn’t as relaxing as wanted after a big day of hiking)

We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay, our expectations were completely exceeded! The location was great, with beautiful mountains all around you. Walking distance to bars, restaurants, supermarkets and even a cable car! And just a few minutes by car to many attractions (like Seceda or Sassolungo). We paid for parking in the property which was super convenient (5 EUR per night). The room was cozy and had everything we needed: great shower with good water pressure perfect for ending a day of hiking, and a really well equipped kitchen. We had a balcony with an amazing view, and blinds on every window that made the whole apartment dark and quiet. The staff was helpful and friendly, we didn't try the food or breakfast but we had some drinks at the bar. We cannot recommend this place enough, already hoping to go back ❤️

Nothing, everything was perfect!

Brand new big buildings ("s" 'cause are 2) on the main road. The services are astonishing (pool, SPA, bike and ski room, game room, bar & restaurant), but sometimes the quality it's not aligned with the expectations despite the quite high fares (es: we tried to have aperitivo at the bar but the experience was a little disappointing (slow service and poor snacks). The level of the apartment was really high: we had a lot of space also for our childrens also for make them play. The kitchen is very well equipped and guarantees the possibility to cook almost everything (there's no oven but there's a good microwave). The quality of the staff is high and check-in and check-out are super fast.

The buildings are big, there are a lot of people and when you are in the common ares it could lack the feeling of being on the Dolomiti. I perceived a "cold atmoshpere" but I think it's the deal for having such a number of services.

Very beautiful hotel - great location, close to beautiful passes, Seceda, Alpi de Suisi etc. Great pool and lounge. Clean, comfortable and spacious room.

Staff failed to let us know when our room was ready after they told us we would receive Whatsapp notification. 1630 check-in is very late by any hotel standard. There was a lot of chaos due to the Hero MTB Marathon that weekend and some rude upstairs neighbors (no fault to the hotel or staff) but the manager was quick to address these problems for us.

apartment was great and spacious and clean.

They only gave you one dishwasher detergent cube so we had to go and buy a box of 30 for a one week stay. Same with garbage bags. We only got two which isn't enough for a whole week - and if you don't put your garbage out at the end of the stay they charge you extra. For the cost of the apartment it would have been nice to have unlimited garbage bags and dishwasher cubes. I also didn't read the small print on the spa (my fault) and it turned out that it was an extra charge of 15 euro per person per day and you have to book a time slot to go. The spa was also not super great. We paid for one day then didn't bother for the rest of the stay.

Gorgeous and lovely accommodation, we had a blast here. Lovely views from the apartment and room, location is convenient and walking distance to eateries, shops and Ciampinoi Cable Car Station. Heads-up, all nearby supermkts close at 7pm.

The pull-out sofa bed size is small, the sleeper needs to be petite in size
