Anna & Salvo's home is a lovely retreat in the suburbs of Catania. We chose it due to the reviews & as it was both near to the airport & easy to reach Etna & environs. The room is cosy & clean, the gardens are spacious with fruit trees & beautiful shrubs. The infinity pool is amazing with shady seating & beds. Their sicilian style breakfast was delicious, especially the homemade cakes & jams ( all products from their bio fruit trees) I would definitely recommend this destination. They also provided us with an early tray breakfast as we had to leave early on the last day.

Absolutely loved our stay! The breakfast was delicious every morning – fresh, tasty, and a great start to the day. The garden and pool area had an amazing vibe – peaceful, beautifully maintained, and perfect for relaxing. The hosts were incredibly friendly and welcoming. Highly recommend!

The location is excellent, nice garden with an exceptional view over the valley of Valverde. Homemade breakfast. Everything is exceptional at La casa del panorama. The hosts are very friendly. Ideal location to visit Taormina, the Etna, Catania, Noto and Syracuse. Marijke and Maurizio

The views are stunning The pool is beautiful and welcome relief after a hot day sightseeing. Breakfast delicious especially Anna's homemade bread and cake. Hosts Anna and Salvo very helpful very peaceful .

Hard to find anything negative Yiu really need a car as no cooking facility and town is a steep walk on an open road Not much in valverde to see or do nearest large town is Catania 20 minutes drive

Great view over the whole valley and towards the sea, beautiful scenery with Etna on the side. Recommended if one wants to explore the east coast of Sicily, Taormina and Syracusa within reach of you rent a car. Located in a very calm spacious mansion, secured parking inside, infinity swimming pool, super cosy atmosphere in the entire garden. Hosts were friendly and welcoming. Fresh fruits (often from the garden), good Italian coffee and pastries for breakfast.

Breakfast could have had something salty (ham, cheese, bread...), after a few days this is a good idea, but people with a sweet tooth would love it ;) Also, it would have been appreciated to empty the bin in the room if not every day, at least every second day. Otherwise, nothing negative.

It’s in a beautiful place. The garden is georgious, and the view also. The owner is really kind,and the breakfast is most of handmade and delicious. They are very flexible about the times.

You need the car to get there and also have to use it to get to the nearest town. But i think it’s not a problem,totally worth it.

Our stay at Casa del Panorama exceeded our expectations - the rooms was comfortable and with excellent facilities, but the garden and pool were an absolute highlight! The garden is massive with plenty of space to relax, and the pool was perfect - the views are phenomenal. Anna prepared breakfast for us each morning - it was made with care and so delicious! Thanks so much to Anna and Salvo for making out stay so great.
