Second visit using Falaise as a base for a cycling holiday. Bruno and Joceleyn are excellent and welcoming hosts. The rooms are 'no frills,' but more than adequate with excellent walk in showers and spotlessly clean. The location on the edge of the town centre makes for a 5 minute walk to restaurants and bars and the walled garden with ample parking is very secure. As value for money Les Premontres is pretty hard to beat.

I would have liked an easy chair in the bedroom and a bit more choice for breakfast.

A charming, individual place, beautifully clean and designed in a facinating town. Great parking, kind hosts, absolutely quiet, clean and comfortable. We didn't require any heat in July, but radiators everywhere, so I imagine it would be very cosy in winter. Sadly, we didn't have time to enjoy the pool and wish we could have got in before 4.00p.m for our one night.

We loved out individual "loose-box" breakfast which was very nice, but fresh fruit and maybe a warm option would have made it perfect.

This was a fabulous place to stay on our way to Caen for the ferry. The owners were so welcoming and helped us book a lovely bistro for our evening meal. The decor is superb. Such attention to detail and beautiful colours and artwork. The furnishings are lovely and full of character. We had a large spacious bedroom and great shower room. Everything was beautifully decorated. We loved the stable breakfast rooms and enjoyed a very fresh and plentiful continental breakfast. The location of the accommodation is in easy distance for walking into Falaise where you can find many bars,shops and restaurants plus lots of places of interest to visit. The parking is totally secure in their safe spacious car park behind gates. We would definitely stay here again and would ensure we have more time more time to fully explore Falaise. We were there long enough in this visit to enjoy their indoor swimming pool but I expect that it will also be fabulous!

We have stayed at this hotel several times for work. The rooms are lovely and the indoor swimming pool is a nice bonus. The beds are comfortable and the shower is good. The hosts are very friendly and patient with our lack of French (thank you google translate!). Breakfast is served from 8am but they offer a breakfast to go before for early risers.

It was a unique place to stay. The stable conversion was very different and having our own personal breakfast room in an original horse stall was wonderful. The breakfast provided was very generous with a great selection from the boulangerie. Madame and Monsieur were attentive but not too much. The terrace for outdoor coffee was beautifully done and the car parking was secure. We went for a superb dinner down the road and it was easily walkable. I would highly recommend this property for its location and the comfort provided by great hosts

Unique and quirky hotel in a great location. Room and facilities were very comfortable and a great continental breakfast selection. The welcome and attention to detail from the owners was exceptional.

The glass sliding bathroom door was a little disconcerting. No soundproofing and the light through the glass disturbed anyone who might be sleeping while the bathroom is in use. But the bathroom itself was lovely.

The owners could not do enough to make sure our stay was the best it could be. One of our party is vegan, and they made a special effort to provide bread and milk that was suitable. The rooms are spotless and high quality furnishings - the bathrooms looked like they had never been used! Great shower, and lovely indoor pool which was most welcome as it was a very hot day when we arrived. The property was very secure, including parking and, although it was very peaceful and tranquil within the grounds, it was actually perfectly situated in the heart of the town so we could walk to restaurants and attractions.

It was very hot and heavy weather but every room had a fan we could use to keep cool so not really a negative as the owners couldn't control the weather!!!!!

Excellent location within an easy walk from the town centre. Secure location to leave car and bikes, very clean and comfortable room and excellent shower. Bruno and Jocelyn were excellent hosts and made us very welcome including providing a very early breakfast for us on our departure morning.

This B&B is a good choice if you have a car and want to be in a walking distance to the city center. The owner is welcoming. The room was nice and clean although not very big but enough for one night. Breakfast was good and basic.

The only thing I didn't like was that the bathroom door was a sliding glass door so when one turns on the light during the night, the lights reflects to the room

A lovely find for our overnight stay. Extremely clean, comfortable rooms. Beautifully decorated communal / breakfast areas. A good selection of food was available for breakfast in a unique setting. Secure parking and a welcoming host. We had a lovely stay and would definitely recommend.
