I like that is a main lobby and an extra lobby on the second floor where we stayed. We enjoyed sitting and visiting in private at the end of the evening with some other friends. Also, the soap and shampoo options were nice.

Check in was easy, but the option for keyless check-in would have been great. Otherwise, no real issues. It is not a super nice hotel but the location was great and served its purpose. All in all it was clean and no real complaints.

Loved the pool! Check-in staff was very professional and friendly. Room was clean and bed was comfortable.

Unfortunately, our toilet over flowed around midnite. Called down to the front desk, gentleman said the hotel runs on septic and that we should be careful about the toilet paper amount we use, he could send a plunger up. ??? Seriously? He then offered to put us in another room, thankfully.

Very nice clean hotel. The staff was very friendly. The rooms are very nice as well. I absolutely love the full body mirror as a closet door. I didn't get the breakfast, but it sure smelt amazing. Next time we come to visit family I'll definitely be staying here again.

they couldn't get me a handicap bathroom because booking.com was the thrid party that arrange the resevation, however they gave me a room on the frist floor.

The person who checked us in was very friendly and helpful! Rooms were very clean and had everything we needed. My MIL even commented that it was the most comfortable bed she’s ever slept in! Toiletries included were perfect. We didn’t use the pool area but could see it from our room….very nicely done! Definitely a step up from most motels!

The only negative we had was that the vending machines were all either empty or broken. We were all hungry and really thirsty after arriving at 10:30 pm from a late wedding and were really disappointed not to be able to get a cold beverage and snack. Other than that, everything was perfect!

Only problem was working the tv. Had too much trouble getting it on. Didnt like working with the 2 remotes. Everything else was great.

. Third floor off the elevator was dirty. Other than that, room was comfortable and had all the amenities we needed.

Coffee was weak, breakfast seemed stark so we went elsewhere. Front desk greeted us very nicely but after that didn’t look up when we came and went.

Your front desk staff is seriously amazing. They are so sweet and friendly.

Your TV remotes are complicated. I do not smoke but it would be nice if you had a nice smoking area so when you walk in you do not have to pass people standing in front of building smoking.
