Easy check in even though we were a bit early, our room was ready. Parking was easy and the facility was good. Breakfast was OK - fairly predictable for this type of hotel. Bed was comfortable and clean

Noisy between rooms and from floor above - there was a school trip with students around who were bumping around a lot - not a hotel fault but noise could be an issue for some. Location by the interstate is noisy albeit convenient if you are travelling. We wallked to the nearby Cracker Barrell which I don't think many people would do. Window had been coated so you couldn't see out (or others couldn't see in) which was a bit unusual.

The lightening in the room was almost nothing. Like no main ceiling light just a small round ceiling light over above the doorway and 2 small lamps. On another note the hotel was very clean and the 2 ladies doing breakfast were on top of their game. Very nice and had everything out and plenty of it. The only thing that I did not care for was the entrance which is in front of McDonald's. They really need their own entrance!

Hands down the best shower we've seen in a long time in any hotel. My husband is very tall and the shower head was well above his head. Plus they had hooks on the wall to hang towels, robes etc on! It's such a simple thing and so rarely we see that. The beds were wonderful. The place everywhere, rooms and public areas were spotless. The breakfast was very generous even though the fare was pretty much standard waffles, rubber omelletes etc. They had oatmeal allready cooked and biscuits and gravy which is unusual in the north. The attendant was present at all times and continually checking the stock and checking in with guests.

I wasn't exactly uncomfortable in the area, but it's in kind of a run down, hard to get to location. We are not from Texas, and the highly unusual exit/entrance ramp, turn arounds and access road situation is very confusing.

Breakfast has been good every time we stay there. This was our 4th stay in the past year. The waffles are a family favorite, and there is plenty of choices in lighter items as well.

There was nothing about this property that anyone in my family had a problem with. Everything has always been clean and comfortable when we stay.

Very nice and clean. The gentleman that was at the front desk when we checked in was the absolute best! Everything was great, the beds were comfortable, and the breakfast was perfect.

I wanted to print a few of my emails, but the business office was closed for renovation. Turns out the Hampton in Palestine, TX doesn't even have a business office anymore.

We stay in several hotels every year and this was probably the best one we had ever stayed in or at least equal to. I will shocked at how phenomenal this place was.

Staff is always sooo nice here. Wonderful customer service from every shift. Convenient location.

Walls are a bit thin, you can hear neighbors conversations Definitely needs an upgrade but I think they’re doing renovations. Can’t wait to see what the outcome is going to be!

Staff was very accommodating. Room and pool area was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was great!

Front desk staff was wonderful! Was a mix-up with my booki g and the fro t desk person called and took care of it for me. They could not have been nicer.
