Good overall. What we have come to expect from Home 2 Suites

Breakfast was not attended to well by staff. Home 2 Suites usually have plenty of selections. This one did not and what they had, they were low on. We were there around 45 minutes and eventually they did fill some items but this was between 8 and 9 am and far below other Home 2 suites breakfast set ups

I like the centralize location of the hotel. The staff was extremely pleasantly, attentive, and accommodating. The rooms and breakfast areas were very clean. The room was comfortable and well organized for movement. The curtain to divide the room was a plus. Overall, the quality for the reasonable price was well appreciated and valued during these economic times.

A microwave in the breakfast area would be a better plus because no one like cold eggs.

I enjoyed having access to the free breakfast buffet. The air conditioning was very cold. Clean bathrooms. Pots and pans if I wanted to cook. The location was very convenient. Walking distance to restaurants and 5min to shopping centers.

The elevator was down and had to walk 3 flights each time because I was coming and going but it was good exercise.🤣

Staff were very helpful and nice. Bed was comfortable . Nice pillows. Clean room

We were on the first floor and first room that backed up to the lobby. On and off all night we kept hearing some kind of banging which turned out to be a cabinet of some kind in the lobby. Sadly very noisy rude people across the hall.

The rooms were large and clean. Comfortable bed. All the staff were very friendly. Will definitely stay there again.

They are a little pricey on their pet deposit. Was not expecting that. Was not told their was a charge for pets until I got our statement.

This is my 2nd stay at this location. I was really impressed with the hotel and the staff. I felt safe traveling with my son and staying at this hotel again. The beds were comfy, the shower/bathroom was clean, the room was beautiful.

New, clean , mattresses great, staff and management super helpful since I forgot my wallet.

Pillows!!! Idk I’m weird about my pillows. Everything was perfect minus the price and the pillows. Head sunk right through them. My coworker loved the pillows so idk.

Location was great for us - very close to hospital; good selection at breakfast with very friendly staff; enjoyed amenities in the room with lots of utensils and dishes; good supply of outlets and USB ports

The a/c unit was too close to the bed and the air was directed right to the person's feet sleeping on that side. Not a good situation; the shower door would not stay closed while taking a shower

The location was perfect. I was able to walk to restaurants near the hotel. Everything was clean and the staff was very friendly.

I think the breakfast could have been better. I asked for salsa for the watery eggs. There was no salsa, but there was ketchup and hot sauce.

The room was comfortable and clean. Breakfast was delicious and offered some very nice options. Everyone was so nice and helpful.

The only issue we had was the shower pressure was a little low and the shower door had a noticeable gap that the water came through but that was the only problem we noticed.
