Clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed while I was there. The staff was prompt to assist, friendly and informative.

I could hear my neighbors talking and getting in and out of their cabinets and drawers, so it took a while to go to sleep. Then, early in the morning, I got woke up by a fire alarm going off and couldn't go back to sleep, so I wasn't well rested for my trip home like I had hoped to be.

I need to note that I did not stay at this property. However, the manager at this property, Desirae, is excellent and very helpful in refunding my money.

Booking.com is awful. They made it very difficult to refund my money. They kept making excuses. Basically, it was very clear that they didn't want to refund me my money. NEVER USING BOOKING.COM AGAIN. (Also, they do NOT save you money. It costs more thru Booking.com than going to the hotel directly)

Front desk staff were amazing! Liked that there was a snack room and coffee 24/7 and the convenience of the kitchen amenities and the free laundry.

Don't really have anything to say negative. Might suggest having a shuttle service to access the area better for out-of-town guests to enjoy the area more conveniently.

Heather went above and beyond to get us in a room that was better equipped for us. (Put us in a room that couldn’t have been closer to the entrance,due to my husband’s inability to walk ) Heather made my day , the moment I approached the front desk to check in. Looking forward to our next visit to Temple.

The front entrance flight of stairs. The ramp starts at the end of the building. No breakfast. This needs an update on the website. Noon checkout nice.

We liked the location. We were central to everything we went to.

The TV. We had no menu for Spectrum and it was very hard to navigate thru the channels. When the front desk got us a Spectrum print out it was vague and didn't work.

I enjoyed the room amenities and comfort of the bed! We spent 2 days and got great rest for time we spent and felt energized. The dishes and kitchen area were charming and made it easy for us to prepare food.

It would have been great to have a continental breakfast for the full days we stayed there! The noise level of the AC system was a bit loud, but it was tolerable and we were able to adjust it, and adjust to it.

General Manager and most of the staff were great and very helpful. (Evening front desk clerk the night I checked in was not very forthcoming about much at all.)

I called the front desk and asked for an extra blanket and pillow and did not receive either one.

Super clean and quiet. I like being able to do laundry and buy things (laundry soap) from the guest pantry thing.
