Front desk was always prompt. If something was missing or needed/fixed, they immediately got on it. The manager was very nice & helpful. The housekeeper that cleaned my room did a excellent job. She even asked if I wanted anything extra like coffee/cream & sugar. Over All fabulous hotel & staff. I will most definitely be staying there everytime I need to travel towards that way.!!

I loved everything. Iv stayed there multiple times. I plan to book here everytime I travel to Temple/Waco. The staff the manager all the way down to housekeeping remembered me, my show truck i drive. They are very polite and helpful. They do make sure your stay is as relaxing as u want.

There was nothing I didnt like.

I did not make it for continental breakfast. The room was clean, the sheets were clean. The pillows very comfy. Water was hot and ac/heat worked great. I would stay there again.

I found nothing that could have been changed for me. Other than the smokers need to get a container for their butts instead of tossing them on the ground.

The room was clean and quiet. Plenty of hot water next morning. Fridge had a good sized freezer that kept my ice paks frozen

Ice machine broken. Tub/shower floor was very slick. Had to put floor mat towel in it to keep from falling. I expected there to be only enough bath towels for one person, so I asked for extras at check in. I was right. Short staffed. Desk clerk appears to be only one there. He tries to catch a few hours sleep whenever he can and you have to call a phone number to wake him up if you need something. There was parking for RV/trailers. but it was full when we arrived.

I enjoy the property being very clean. Very quiet. Fairly close by our family. Customer Service was great. Had plenty of towels for the weekend stay.

It went from 120.00 value price to 150.00. Understandable due to inflation.

Very basic motel. Older buildings but very well maintained and comfortable. Parking lot could use some TLC but the room was awesome. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. It was very convent to get where we were going. Would have no problem staying here again.

The only down side like I said, parking lot needs some TLC.

Comfortable bed, the room was nice. The outside facade doesn't scream "luxury", but the room was spacious and had everything we needed. The staff was very nice and accomodating.

Location is good for my purposes. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was clean and AC was cool. Loved it!
