The room had a large refrigerator and it was very clean and so was the hair dryer.... The manager Sam has been very helpful and very helpful and very professional and very helpful and understanding. He values his customers and tries to accommodate his customers in any way he can possibly .Mr. Sam always goes beyond his duties to make sure his customers are happy and satisfied .Managers like him don't come around too often...The Best and Excellent Hotel handled by your Best Manager named Mr.Sam. The constant price changes. Wish that the Hotel could keep a steady low rate level for current customers staying longer and to not let anyone reserve the room. Until after the customer checks out.. . Another thing is no breakfast at Econolodge in Temple Tx..

I'm very pleased with my extended stay at the Econo Lodge! Sam and his wife did a great job with the front desk and helping me with my room reservations. The overall experience at Econo Lodge Temple has been great and I'll definitely be staying here again!

It has cable tv,microwave&refrigerator--the hotel was easy to get to&its by the highway for easy access also!!

The location was great. We went to Temple to meet with family because Temple is halfway between us. Everything worked out perfectly!

All I can think of is that the pool was getting some repair. No biggie.

Room temperature was comfortable.

I had a room, the only one that was available, that was for smokers. I'm grateful for that, considering my circumstance with the winter ice storm. Many others were in the same situation of power outages. I'm not complaining.

location was right of I35. Room I request was dark and quite as I requested. clean rooms and property was clean.

there was no free continental breakfast per web site.

needs some updating inside and room was a little small and on the sure it said king bed but we had a queen - also it promotes free breakfast but then we got there and a sign was on the door saying No breakfast due to COVID - they should advertise this so people have other choices but we already paid online so no refund so we were stuck
