Staff was very friendly and helpful. Room seemed recently remodeled and very clean. Tile floor throughout was a surprise. A/C was great. Loved that they had both microwave and small fridge in the room!

Bed was much more firm than I like, but tolerable. WiFi signal was somewhat weak and spotty, but useable. Shower knob fell off, but staff took care of it. Fridge was a bit too cold; my bottled sodas had some ice in them in the morning; thankfully they didn't explode!

Too much noise after 11pm. Too many boxes setting around in pedestrian walkways. Should be better when renovations are completed whenever that may be. Need better finishing work. Hope owner is not getting ripped off by subcontractors.

The staff was friendly and the location was great.

The room was good, but it could use a good cleaning. It was not filthy at all. It just needs a good cleaning.

not too impressed with the breakfast it seemed slightly skimpy not much to choose from

the rooms had a bright bug magnet light just inside the door so everytime you opened the door light attracted bugs would fly in

the main desk person the evening of check in was very friendly and able to assist.

the room wasn’t equipped or prepared for stay. no hair dryer had to go back to front desk. no cups in room. bed not very comfortable.

the grounds are run down and dirty, trash and broken glass. Room not very clean on check in.

Realizing it was a budget hotel it was very nice . The lady at the front desk was helpful and friendly.
