Room was clean and spacious. Staff was friendly and courteous. The location was central to all of the places we needed to go and had several restaurants around for convenience.

We had to ring a bell several times before getting someone at the front desk. She had been assisting another person. I believe it would have been less frustrating for us after a long day and long drive, to have at least had a sign that told us that she was away from the desk assisting someone and would return momentarily. The pool is closed with a sign and covered windows, but we thought there was a pool. Please ensure your website doesn't say you have a pool.

It was clean the staff I met when I got there was beyond excellent. I was so tired from traveling to get to the VA hospital to see my dad I entered the date for the stay wrong but she was able to get it straight and we were able to get some much needed sleep. The bed was very comfy parking was great as well lots of things close by food and shops.

It could use some updated carpet maybe a deep clean because you can smell the old in the carpet.

Location was fantastic. Polite staff. Lobby and on site was clean. Breakfast was very good. The gentleman William King kept the tables the floors the area breakfast area, spotless. Breakfast food was hot. And we enjoyed it. We’re coffee drinkers so the coffee was not very good to us. The bed was very comfortable we love the king size sheets, and the bedspread was very soft. The room was nice and comfortable. The bathroom needed updated, but it did have a hot shower so we were pleased. Cleaning ladies were really nice and always pleasant. Always said hello to us . We would definitely stay at this location in the future. Overall, we were very pleased and it was a great price.

There’s not really anything that we didn’t like about the property. If anything, the bathroom inside the room needs to be updated..

Bed very comfortable. Lamp by bed easy to turn on/off.

Tv remove missing back cover to batteries, had to be careful batteries didn't fall out. Needs a new cover for batteries. Frig makes a very loud noise...I wanted to unplug it but didn't. Toilet seat would not stay up unless you held it up. So I used a rubber band to attach it to the seat cover then it stayed up. Needs to be fixed. Tub needs grips in the bottom to keep from slipping..very narrow and very slippery...I am 71 and on blood thinner, if I had fallen, would have been a trip to ER due to be checked out for internal bleeding since on eliquis. Tv screen has burn in on screen very visible.

Location was perfect. Arrived late at night due to restoring power around temple. Employees at the desk knew we were tired and got us checked in and in our beds as quickly as possible

Parking was a little tight but that’s about it

The breakfast was delicious and they cleaned my room nicely. Also thank you for leaving things that I left on the table. The front desk people were very attentive friendly and respectful.

The swimming pool. I was hoping to swim after my conferences or in the morning. I know you are working on remodeling but this should be said on the web page so that we do not expect the use of that facility.

Very nice staff maybe the nicest sendoff I have ever had. Check in was supper easy. Nice breakfast. Loved the Texas waffles. Room was nice and overall pretty clean. The location was great.

Bed was too firm for me. But that is just me. Towels were very rough. Need softner.

It would be great if you had a cereal dispenser with 2 types of cereal.

Hand towel racks after washing your hands.
