Great location for an easy drive to Baylor white and Scott hospital. The property is very clean and the staff is very nice and accommodating!

The beds are not as comfortable as many other Day's Inn's that I've stayed at. I would still stay there because of the convenience and this is a small discomfort in order to be in a clean, safe and easy access location.

My room was in front of 2 handicap parking spots. You would think those 2 rooms would be specifically for individuals with mobility issues. My room was not. So not convenient for those with mobility issues. Staff need to work on there customer service skills. They are very lacking in the hospitality.

The attendant at the front desk was very polite and informative. The had been updated with modern fixtures.

The ice machine didn’t work. There are more rooms than there are parking places.

The front desk assistant was very nice and professional. Any concerns or needs I expressed were met right away. I will definitely stay at this hotel again.

Facilities were located on a major freeway. Close proximity to restaurants and grocery store. Well lit at night. Rooms were clean and property well kept.

Housekeeping personnel were very courteous.

It waz nice & quite. Not far from stores or restaurants. The room service waz great. Other then that it waz great.

Had to go upstairs. I just had neck & back surgery so it waz a lil hard. Its just a bad timing is all.

Beds and pillows were very firm. My husband loved it but I like a little bit of plush.

Very friendly staff and excellent new management. Rooms are nice, pool is clean, management is awesome. I haven't had a single issue but I'm sure if I did they would fix it within minutes.. Highly recommend.
