Continental breakfast was sufficient for me. Served individually. Bottled water was free daily. Front desk very friendly. Thank you.

Had to pay extra for a second serving of coffee even with the continental breakfast. So I imagine if you asked for more toast you pay extra as well.

Beautifully decorated hotel with unique and attractive spaces. The rooftop bar was cool and the breakfast area was spacious and relaxing. Nicely decorated room with comfortable bed.

The staff, while not unpleasant, clearly has not been trained in service or hospitality. When we checked in and our room was not ready there was no apology or suggestion of where we could wait. A warm smile and an offer of a complimentary cocktail at the rooftop bar would have gone a long way.

Excellent location. Jose was excellent at the front desk. The Bed was super comfortable.

There should be a coffee maker in each room. Would be great to have a small desk and chair in the room We were assigned a room next to the elevator. Not sure why we always get the room next to the elevator, since It’s usually louder. In this case it was no big deal because it was quiet throughout the hotel. The staff was excellent and very friendly. I would think a glass of wine for new guests would be an excellent marketing idea given the price per night of the Room. ( The hotel price is similar to what I would pay in the United States for a similar hotel and location.

We loved the beach club and we loved that meals (breakfast, lunch and dinner)

That there wasn't a shuttle to the beach club or El Mirador Restaurant. While the staff was super accommodating in booking us taxi's, a shuttle would have been preferable.

Need more taxis in town

Great location in the center of town. Easy walk to our galleries and restaurants and fun little bars. The beach club is fantastic and the rooftop deck is a spectacular place to watch the sunset.

It was a little hard finding parking.

The staff were so friendly and accommodating. The building itself is historic and beautiful the room, spelt so spacious and nice. I will definitely be back here!

The breakfast/ menu said BRIOCHE! In fact it was cold, hard toast! Showed staff a BRIOCHE PHOTO! Forget the breakfast here! Go to DOCECUARENTA!

Wonderful location - right in the heart of Todos Santos. All staff were very friendly and helpful! Our room was lovely and spacious. The rooftop was spectacular to see sunsets.

Beautiful, spacious room. Close to everything downtown. Great views from the rooftop bar and excellent fresh squeezed orange juice at breakfast.

A coffee maker or kettle for tea in the room would be nice since there isn’t an option before the restaurant opens at 7:30. Also, the beach club was closed one of the days of our stay.
