Breakfast is excellent. Staff is polite. The hôtel is clean. The parking is quite small, but it does the job if there is a few cars.

No wifi. The receptionist acknowledged that it's an issue. The technician came a few time to fix it. But at the end of the day, it still doesn't work. No air conditioning.

The hotel was especially clean, tidy and we'll kept. Although they served breakfast, which was not included, there was a small area next to reception with a microwave and kettle with free sachets of coffee sugar and tea, together with Madelaine cakes. The car parking was on site and out of harms way.

Would have preferred coffee making facilities in the room.

The breakfast was super and there were microwave and tea/ coffee making facilities just off reception area.

Booking in was 1600 hours and not 1400 hours as stat3d on booking .com website which created a problem if not given the door code.

I really felt at home. It was so relaxed with everything we needed. The supper left for us with wine and microwave was a novelty and really delicious. And everything was local - from bar to bakery to swimming lake. The abbey a minute walk away with medieval physic garden was a hidden gem.

This location was ideal for us as we headed north and back to Scotland. A very friendly, family run B&B rather than hotel. Easy parking and close to centre of the town. Good wifi throughout.

No hot water before 17.00 so had to wait for shower when arrived

The hotel is new, clean, confortable. We arrived late and they actually texted me beforehand all the instructions. The room was soacy and had water ans sweets. The bathroom had a hairdryer as well, thus it would deserve more stars
