+ The room was small but cozy and clean, the reception area too + I did not hear my neighbors much despite the hotel being full + The bed and pillows were comfortable, I had no sleep problems + The lady at the reception was very friendly and helpful + The reception is staffed until 20:00 - not a given for Lüdenscheid

The location wasn’t ideal for me - far from the center, and if you don’t have a car, you will have to walk through not very appealing areas. If you have a car, though, it should be fine.

Felt very welcome on arrival and helpful information provided on local area (restaurants etc). Rooms were clean and modern. Bed was very comfortable. Great variety of breakfast items and dining room was bright, clean and welcoming. Easy to walk into the town and find a good choice of places to eat.

It was very warm in the room (due to unusually hot weather) but no real way to cool the room down for the evening. My colleague did not have this issue as their room was on the other side of the building and seemed to have air-con?

Rooms were spacious, bright and clean. We got also a free water on the table and a beautiful welcome note. Breakfast is rich and start of serving already at 6:30, which was perfect for us. Staff extremely nice, beds comfortable, bathroom clean.

There was a little problem for us to get a free parking by the hotel the first night, but otherwise no complaints.

It is modern and has everything you need. Drinks are available at a reasonable price. Bathroom is lovely. Bed is comfortable and so many restuarants near by
