I stayed at the hotel for three nights. I liked everything. Very clean in the room, parking next to the entrance. Very comfortable bed and clean linens. The room was very quiet, you couldn't hear the noise from the street and other rooms. I really liked the girl Halisa at the reception. She was very hospitable and friendly. She always helped me if I needed any help. The chic restaurant in the hotel. I will definitely come back to this hotel again.

Very far from most places. We were there for a specific event very nearby but aside from that it would take almost an hour on public transport to get anywhere. WiFi was also very patchy and didn't work in the terrace room.

The restaurant staff were very friendly but not attentive. We would’ve ordered a few more drinks etc but they were not very aware. And it wasn’t that busy. The shower was broken in my room.

The hotel was very clean and the staff were super friendly. We were travelling with our dog and they were happy to let her stay with us

The room has no A/C so a little warmer than we would have liked, but the beds were excellent

really nice and uncomplicated check in. really kind staff working there. room was bigger than expected, really light full because of the big windows and the cleanest. really liked the big parking spot too.

THE HOTEL IS A GOOD HOTEL, WITH A GREAT LOCATION, AND BEAUTIFUL AREA, BUT THE REAL GOOD AT BIEDERMEIER HOTEL WAS 2 EMPLOYEES....THEY ARE COMPETENT, VERY NICE AND VERY QUICK TO SOLVE ALL PROBLEMS....HETEMI AND HASANI WAS VERY HELPFUL.....THANK YOU LADIES FOR YOUR GREAT HARD WORK....

All ok. Really good room with all conforts needed. Parking really usefully. Very good restaurant (thanks Vittorio). Really kindly staff at all. The only thing not at 100%, the wi-fi connection but it's not a big problem. Thanks for all, if we will back in Dortmund, we will see you soon :)

Lovely hotel, nice bar and great food in the restaurant. Staff were super helpful.

The breakfast was very basic. I could hardly describe it as even a continental breakfast - very little choice. Bread poor no croissants/pastries. pillow was awful! Huge fluffy square thing - I felt like I was sleeping almost sitting up! we asked for a different type but they didn’t have anything else.

Not everything went smoothly, but staff was extremely helpful all the time: Initial booking was apparently not registered, but another room was found. Sink needed to be fixed - happened immediately.

It wasn't possible to switch on the airco (it was finally not necessary so I also did not check with the staff), and the cushions were not comfortable.

Fantastic place to stay. The room was spacious and comfortable and the staff were very helpful
