Rooms were ideal for two people and self catering if needed for breakfast, location was ideal as we had the dog with us as well. Garden area to sit in and enjoy a beer whilst the dog could relax safely as it was enclosed, large grass area 5 minutes walk from the hotel by the museum. Sort walk to get into town if you wanted to venture further afield for food or to see the city.

Car park under ground really tight for parking plus you have to pay 10 Euro, we managed to park at the rear of the hotel through the secure gates as going under ground with a roof box and bike rack, was not a good idea. Overall happy to pay the fee to ensure my Vechicle was secure and safe during the night.

Good hotel in terms of price/quality ratio. The room is spacious and furnished with everything you need (there is both work and dining table, enough cupboards). A big advantage is the kitchenette. The rooms are clean. Our windows faced the courtyard, so it was quiet. Overall our stay was very comfortable. Thank you to the staff for their friendliness! In case of a second visit to the city we are ready to stay here again!

1. The soap bottle in the bathroom was almost empty when we checked in. 2. We did not have enough lighting in the room, it was a bit dim. In general, the photos on the website are a little lightened, so the atmosphere looks a little more cheerful and modern than it really is. 3. We left a sign on the doorknob saying no cleaning, but never received a voucher for a free drink at the bar. We refused cleaning as we did not need it. We had no intention of getting a drink, but I would like to point out that the hotel itself offered a condition which it did not fulfill.

Hotel is located in the city center, it's easy to get to any popular location including museums, bars, train station, parkings, etc. Hotel is easy to find and there's a lot of space in front of it to park to unload the car and check-in.

Furniture and facilities look quite outdated. There's no airco in the room and the windows are facing the street where loud cars can drive at night.

I enjoyed my room, which was a top floor one and so had a set of stairs inside. The windows were above the bed, so I could wake up seeing the sky, which really made the whole experience feel like a lovely retreat. I had everything I needed for my short stay, and the location is nicely central and a short walk away from anything I might need.

The wifi seems to have been hotspot (at least that's what it told me when I connected), which I guess is a little less secure. It wasn't a problem, though.

The Acora is very close to the Mining Museum and Stadt park, and only 15 minutes walk from the Hauptbahnhof. The room was extremely clean and spacious. Breakfast was fresh and plentiful, including unlimited coffee, hot options (such as eggs and pancakes), meats and cheeses and yogurt. I was very happy with the option to skip room cleaning in exchange for a free drink coupon (that included wine or beer choices)! The bed was comfy, the pillows plentiful and the shower strong with excellent temperature. And everything was super clean! Although I didn't use the gym, it looked well-equipped. The grassy courtyard was a nice location for aperativo. Overall, a very good value for the price.

The room has no air-conditioning and no screens on the windows. On the hot August nights I stayed there, I had to open the windows for comfort, but insects were able to fly in and the noise from the traffic was disturbing. Be sure to ask for a courtyard facing room if you stay in the summer.

Convenient and located at the main place to commute. Instructions pasted in room walls to avoid cleaning and save natural resources. Little kitchen and fridge was useful.

Room's facility can be much more improved, No power socket in workplace/desk to plug laptop charger. The workplace desk lamp didn't work.

The location, staff and the Apartment itself

The cutlery reminded me of a cheap canteen or even a prison cell. It was difficult to have a nice meal on my own. Also no welcome sachets of tea, coffee, water or biscuits. Have seen much better places when it comes to the little things like this.

Very clean and beds were very comfortable. Bar and parking garage are convenient, even thought they a bit expensive. Location is very convenient.

Rooms were a bit too warm and there wasn't a way to change the temperature. Hotel Staff though nice and polite were a bit slow at doing their job.

Room was well equipped even had a kitchenette and a sink for cleaning. Pretty quiet as well. Staff very welcoming, perfect english spoken quite centric on the location, easy to get to nearby pubs and restaurants, as well as the train station

Breakfast is a bit expensive (over 18 euros) and is not different from any buffet one of any hotel. the shower was really small and the floor did not seem spotless clean. The heating seemed to be centralised and there was no clear way to lower it or turn it off. It could get quite hot especially during the day.

The room was pleasant, the staff was extremely nice, and the breakfast was outstanding! The place is clean and well-run, but a little old-fashioned, though not in a bad way. I had an upstairs room in a suit that was little tricky to navigate getting my suitcase into. Location is good, an easy walk to many things, including the central train station. I ate several meals in the restaurant, which had excellent German food and a kind-hearted staff.

The twisty, dark stairway to my room was tricky. It would have been nice if there had been some English-language TV available, but that is a small quibble.
