Everything was good. The location, the cleanliness, value of the room, nice staff. It had nice features like electronic blinds and LED room lights, as well as a tablet to order extra towels, check the weather, buy breakfast etc. we only stayed one night but just from that we will definitely come back if we come back to Dortmund.

I recently stayed at Hotel Leonardo Dortmund and had a delightful experience. The hotel is exceptionally clean, which made our stay very comfortable and pleasant. We were also pleasantly surprised when we were allowed to check in earlier than the usual time, which was a great convenience after our long journey. Room was big so our 10 months old son could crawl around Dog friendly Very close to the downtown and Xmas market Nice staff Also the free coffee machine and water in the lobby give such a welcoming feeling even though you may not even use them.

You can’t reserve a place in the parking and we got there the parking was full. However they offer a solution. There is a small open door parking right next to hotel. It was cheap and not so complicated to get the stuff up to our room.

Breakfast was chaotic. No one to check who was coming in, tables were dirty messy, people were sitting everywhere at the reception to eat. Coffee machines needed to be refilled or emptied. Noticed the same at the bar at night. Very obvious there was no communication between staff and no structure at all. Pillows were horrible!

- the location of the hotel is on one hand very nice (u can walk directly to the city center with Restaurants aso), but on the other hand not, because if u have a room to the main street side, there are some crazy guys, who are making street races, so u can not open the window because of the noise - the rooms are big and clean - the receptionist was very kindly - breakfast is good - free W'lan is also fast and good

- it was very expensive this time......

Cleaness

Night statf was not very welcoming. We have arrived at 1:30 AM and even if we have called prior the arrival at the reception they have not told us that the parking garage is full. When we asked the staff they could not offer a clear solution. This would have not been a problem, but street parking we found near the hotel was time limited and we had to wake up and move the car at 8:00 AM. Other than that, good and professional responses. The bathroom door slides very difficult.

Quite room on the courtyard. Very nice staff, friendly and knowledgeable. Good location for us. Parking went well and was easy. Room well organized.

The beds were good, but mattress could be better. The pillows were funny, worked a bit like a balloon. Some new modern filling? Took some time to find that folding the small pillow double was the best way. The recent design of putting the entrance of the bathroom next to the bed is not very smart. One door closer to the entrance is a much more comfortable design.

Location is perfect, 6 min walk to train station and right across the street from city center! Breakfast was great, love the fact that they extend it from 10;30 to 12 on weekends! Hotel bar has a decent selection of drinks and stays open after official closing time if there are lots of people. Hotel is super clean and staff is extremely helpful! Our airline lost our luggage and front desk was extremely helpful in dealing with them!

Wi-Fi was great all throughout the hotel, but the moment you walk outside of the front hotel doors you get zero reception. While it's not a big deal and understandable, it would have been nice to have it for those 5 minutes here and there while waiting for a cab.

Free delicious coffee all day long. The room was spacious and clean. The mattress was firm, as were the pillows. Underground parking (not expensive) and a superb breakfast

The handicapped toilet had not been cleaned for 2 days. I could read the cleaning schedule, the date it was last cleaned, and the name of the cleaner. The men's toilet had a sign saying that "Due to vandalism, the toilets can't be cleaned on schedule." The gym was out of action because during the first week, the weights were stolen.

Good hotel with reasonable sized room, good location and parking

Bathroom Sliding glass door which was very close to the bed and offered very little privacy, also it was impossible to leave the bathroom light on at night as it was too bright due to the glass door, making it difficult to us the bathroom in the pitch black. If the light was turned on it disturbed the other occupant. Bath towels were small and very thin. Single beds which were put together to make a double but separated during the night, very uncomfortable
