Everything was good. The location, the cleanliness, value of the room, nice staff. It had nice features like electronic blinds and LED room lights, as well as a tablet to order extra towels, check the weather, buy breakfast etc. we only stayed one night but just from that we will definitely come back if we come back to Dortmund.

The hotel is located on the main street, right on Dortmund’s “ring.” It is only a 10-minute walk from the main railway station, which makes it very convenient for travelers arriving by any means of transportation (there is also an express bus to the airport). The only possible drawback could be street noise if your room faces the main road. Comfy bed, a welcome set with a coffee machine, tea, and a bottle of water. The lobby area is nice and even features a foosball table, which adds a fun touch.

We were also pleasantly surprised when we were allowed to check in earlier than the usual time, which was a great convenience after our long journey. Room was big so our 10 months old son could crawl around Dog friendly Very close to the downtown and Xmas market Nice staff Also the free coffee machine and water in the lobby give such a welcoming feeling even though you may not even use them.

You can’t reserve a place in the parking and we got there the parking was full. However they offer a solution. There is a small open door parking right next to hotel. It was cheap and not so complicated to get the stuff up to our room.

Breakfast was chaotic. No one to check who was coming in, tables were dirty messy, people were sitting everywhere at the reception to eat. Coffee machines needed to be refilled or emptied. Noticed the same at the bar at night. Very obvious there was no communication between staff and no structure at all. Pillows were horrible!

- the location of the hotel is on one hand very nice (u can walk directly to the city center with Restaurants aso), but on the other hand not, because if u have a room to the main street side, there are some crazy guys, who are making street races, so u can not open the window because of the noise - the rooms are big and clean - the receptionist was very kindly - breakfast is good - free W'lan is also fast and good

Cleaness

Night statf was not very welcoming. We have arrived at 1:30 AM and even if we have called prior the arrival at the reception they have not told us that the parking garage is full. When we asked the staff they could not offer a clear solution. This would have not been a problem, but street parking we found near the hotel was time limited and we had to wake up and move the car at 8:00 AM. Other than that, good and professional responses. The bathroom door slides very difficult.

The staff was extremely friendly and extremely helpful. It was a very clean hotel that managed all of our needs well close enough to public transportation and good walking distance to high varieties of food.

Not enough parking. Breakfast is a little steep on the price. You can walk about five minutes and get just as good of a meal for half the price.

Quite room on the courtyard. Very nice staff, friendly and knowledgeable. Good location for us. Parking went well and was easy. Room well organized.

The beds were good, but mattress could be better. The pillows were funny, worked a bit like a balloon. Some new modern filling? Took some time to find that folding the small pillow double was the best way. The recent design of putting the entrance of the bathroom next to the bed is not very smart. One door closer to the entrance is a much more comfortable design.
